.COMmunist 0 Posted March 26, 2006 Oh, finaly! Thanks man. I wish someone would make one of these now: http://warfare.ru/?linkid=1704&catid=265ℑ=1285. The same vehicule and also much more appropriate then SCUD on these small OFP islands.

Cpt. FrostBite 0 Posted March 26, 2006 I didn't eve know there was an SA-8 for OFP inthe first place, but this reskin looks very nice!
ag_smith 0 Posted March 26, 2006 Looks very well! The only real gripe I could make is that you should use sharp & smooth edges on it. The lighting as it's now looks very ...ugh!
mechastalin 0 Posted March 26, 2006 Looks very well! The only real gripe I could make is that you should use sharp & smooth edges on it. The lighting as it's now looks very ...ugh! Yeah, It's got that problem where it looks almost like it's made out of thin plastic.
Shashman 0 Posted March 26, 2006 Wow yeah I like the looks of this! Didn't even know there was an SA-8 to re-skin
miles teg 1 Posted March 26, 2006 WOW! Where did this model come from??? Amazing! I would HIGHLY recommend that you please submit this addon to ofp.info so that it is as widely accessible as possible to mission makers so that players who play missions using it can easily find it. Othewise such great addons have a bad habit of disappearing off of temporary download servers. Chris G. aka-Miles Teg<GD>
hellfish6 7 Posted March 26, 2006 It from Project MCAR, isn't it?

Shashman 0 Posted March 26, 2006 Yup, just realised it's a modified Project MCAR design Shame about this bug though... Somebody either didn't eat enough greens, or there's something wrong with the driver placement
Big Dawg KS 6 Posted March 26, 2006 Excellent. More please...
h - 169 Posted March 26, 2006 It from Project MCAR, isn't it? Yup, that's our vehicle... And all the lack of knowledge just shows how incredibly known the whole MCAR thingy is.. Quote[/b] ]Shame about this bug though... Doesn't happen with our original model... And didn't see it happening with this one either... I've seen that bug happening due to some odd AddOn conflicts though
Shashman 0 Posted March 26, 2006 Well I'm not seeing things. There you have a screenshot of what I see when I use this vehicle Maybe it's got something to do with FFUR 2006, but I doubt it, cos I've never seen this problem with any other vehicle before
Messiah 2 Posted March 26, 2006 happened to one of my addons recently, even thought i know the anim shouldnt do that
Cpt. FrostBite 0 Posted March 26, 2006 happened to one of my addons recently, even thought i know the anim shouldnt do that  FFUR 2006 makes this happen with a few addons. I was so kind to edit the addon a little bit to include sharp edges. Just a fast and simple edit, nothing fancy. Major part redone so that the lighting issue is gone. .COMmunist 0 Posted March 26, 2006 Shashman, it is obviously addon compatability problem. I have been using MCAR's Sa-8 for the last couple of month and never had THAT.

343rdBadger 0 Posted March 26, 2006 Just goes to show what an "open policy" on a mod can do...they get better and better in a very short period of time Other mod groups should view this as an example IMO
Daniel 0 Posted March 26, 2006 Ah brilliant. I love MCAR, it's good to see one of their addons getting an overhaul.
