But then again if the lower island is the same size as Nogova then maybe this detail would not show on this scale of map. Â Anyway, maybee I'm being a bit over optimistic about railways! I think it is more a question of whether BIS will get round to it or as you say just make better support for it. No big deal! But please we must have rivers! GBee 0 Posted April 4, 2006 Very few landmasses in the world are without rivers and streams. It spoils the immersion to have a 200 sq Km map without a single one. In most countries they are an integral part of the landscape and hugely important when it comes to military strategy at all levels, from the ordinary soldier up. The topic of rivers and streams has been discussed in depth in another thread. I'll just say that if Arma doesn't have proper streams and rivers I will be very disappointed. I'll still buy the game and enjoy it as much as I did OFP, but given that rivers have appeared in games as old as Quake 1/2 it seems like an odd omission.
