Leaving home after his mother's mysterious death, he went out on the road, doing odd jobs, occasionally working at the US base just off the island. In 1985, his life changed. Becoming a member of the Nogovan Defense Force, he fought Russian spies and interlopers, until the conflict ended. Finding himself a soldier with no-one to fight, he made his services availiable under the name "Cypress". Today, he fights for the side that pays the most, as he is haunted by his late mother's strange death. An alcoholic armed to the teeth-he roams the Nogovan Islands- a man without allegiance.

I was thinking something to do with a mafia. Maybe a weapons-dealer or some sort of right-hand man that specializes in hitman style missions. It would be intense to come under fire from a group of these during a night in Nogova. Would be a great target for your policemen to be tracking

I just really wish there were a bit more enemies than regular soldiers or Guba and his boys. Seems he himself is a bit outdated for a modern scenario.

Great job on those policemen by the way, a very welcome addon.

He could be a merciless mercenary of a secret underground group, assisting whoever pays the most and only loyal to himself.

OpF needs missions for covert mercs that can use easy-to-conceal weapons (tazer weapons, KO spray, toxic injections, etc), recon equipment (sound & heartbeat sensors) and advanced combat vehicles, looking like civil ones (cars with rockets, smoke launchers etc).

That would make for a pretty good campaign i think.
