Important Information:

If during the mission you want to remove one of the vehicles (except two-wheeled motorcycles) using deletevehicle command, you will have to destroy the vehicle first with setdammage command to prevent an error message from occurring.

I've just tested that and i still get the same error message crazy_o.gif My test was setdamage 1 in the final waypoint of the vehicle and i had a radio alpha trigger to deletevehicle command but the error message still showed up.

Mr Reality

Try to disable mine_check.sqs script. It's extremly luggy and will be fixed, I'm sure.But note that you will lost scriptable mines;)

I have no idea how to do that  sad_o.gif . I had a look in the OFPEC threads but couldn't see anything on the subject.

the script is not to find on ofpec. its a script from libmod thats used for triggering the scripted mines included with the mod. i dont had a look inside the modfolder but to find the config of the unit(you want delete) and then the "exec mine_check.sqs" phrase in that config should be 1st step, then just delete (make savecopy of config pls) the phrase calling the script. that should work.

That would solve the error showing on my screen but would the error show up on someone elses screen when they play the mission ?..I ask because if i have to alter my config the other user won't of done that..

Just add exit command at the very beginning of the LIBMOD\lib_scripts\mine_check.sqs script. Do the same with mine_check_halftruck.sqs and mine_check_moto.sqs wink_o.gif

It will solve your problem , but you will lost scripted mines.

There's just no _obj == objNull check in this line:

Quote[/b] ]? ((!alive _obj) OR (!canmove _obj)): exit

should be like

Quote[/b] ]? ((!alive _obj) OR (!canmove _obj) OR (_obj == objNull) ): exit

But never mind - all this will be fixed.

sure it solve only your prob mr.reality, all others will get the error message. But what is your intention behind all this? to solve system resources by deleting unused units? driver gunner and commander can be deleted easily without error. All left is the vehicle, wich runs the damage/smoke scripts. Visible smoke stress system more then non visible. Maybe setpos it miles away will save some resources. Or just wait for a corrected version of the mine scripts.

Yes that is exactly why i'm doing it. I've got into a habit of deleteing unused units when i'm making missions. These Lib mod units are just elite and at this moment in time i've got more ideas for missions than i could possibly manage biggrin_o.gif

After a week of intense LIB action I have to say I MOST enjoy PANZER battles - its quite tough to hit a tank at greater distances - which makes it especially thrilling.

BUG> the PzII when hit sometimes "flies off to the sky".

Anyway, keep those steel beasts coming! I'm looking forward to some early war BT-5 / 7s. There were some made by other teams, no? Any plans?

One thing I didn'l like (apart from lagging) was ugly BLOOD

effect - FDF blood effect looks much better.

Lib team is short of modelleres and these tanks are not priority task, because theres analogue - T-26.

There is an old BT-5 addon , but it's raw and made not correctly

Yes, blood is orange smile_o.gif it will be fixed. I guess you can also use OFPEC_Blood or so...

I sent it into OFP.info yesterday so depending on how long they take to upload it is anybodys guess. Hopefully soon. Don't get too exited though as it started out as a test for Lib mod units, but it was fun  smile_o.gif

I'm in the process of making another mission with Lib Mod units so stay tuned  biggrin_o.gif

Hi Mr R - I've been looking but not seen anything that says its for the Lib mod. What is the title of the mission? Also, have you developed that second one as yet? No pressure of course. biggrin_o.gif

Sorry about the wait seminara but i had to fix one or two things first. You see the OFPinfo team test the mission out and there was a couple of "errors" that had to be ironed out. I've sent the fixed version in. I don't know how strict the testers are though  tounge2.gif. A teaser picture:

There are Soviets in there too, I think you missed them.

edit: By the way, the MP-28 is peculiar, it's the only weapon I've seen that leaves spent casings on the ground and its sights look really bad. Love the sound, model and skin though. thumbs-up.gif The iron sights could maybe be a bit more consistent, you don't see any hands while using the Mosin's or K98's sights but you do through the SVT40's...? The hands in the pistol sights are also of a kind of orange colour.

Sorry man, I'm afraid those yankees and britons happened to miss those great battles in Russia in 1941-45. Maybe they were too busy enjoying their leisure time at that moment. So russian had to liberate the eastern europe by themselves.  wink_o.gif

thats not fair. They had a hard battle against Hitlers wine depot on the Obersalzberg. Lot of purple hearts cause of cirrhosis. whistle.gif

I've been playing Tank battles too much and been at work during night shifts for a long time now (big paycheck!wink_o.gif, but is the Mp41 in there? I think its cool, just don't remember if its in there.

My apology for those allies soldiers once fighting and giving their lives to the liberation of europe.  Yeah, those american should be honored and they could not be involved in those bloody battles that seemed there was no business of theirs. But they had done and given much for defeating Nazi.

Hmm, what about those Soviet holidaymakers, eh? "See Eastern Europe, kill some Fascist pigs, then stay there..."

Anyway, I have to say that due to some maajor problems with this Mod, I had to uninstall it. Far too much lag with a large number of settings turned down; the worst offender being the Aircraft-Beautiful, but that was probably the problem wink_o.gif. I'll probably give it another shot when the Brest island is released...

To eleminate lugs simply disable mine_check and damage scripts - they are pretty luggy and will be rewritten fot the upcoming patch.
