hardrock 1 Posted May 4, 2006 The question, whether we would possibly use certain addons can easily be answered by considering their MP compatibility and the number of MP coops existing for them. Alpha155 0 Posted May 4, 2006 The Addons are 100% Compatible with multiplayer, I've seen the forums for OFrP they still play with their mods, I dont know about BW mod though. I understand that Bals makes missions for Coop nights and I heard that Sputnik has made a mission, maybe they could try having these units in some missions? Im not saying give up on FDF Im saying Add them to FDF, make some missions with these units in, as I said, one fire team could be Finnish, the other could be German or British or French, along with their weapons. Unfortunately we were suprised by a flanking group while attacking the city where Guba was hiding. I had some fun yesterday thx for games. http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y140/Amist/Kingstank.jpgLast mission I played had to be the best one of the night; Me, King and Toiner (Though he left at the start) were a tank crew, Toiner's AI left the tank and me and King plotted to kill him, after we left base camp I ran him over, King reported he was dead so we moved on to a cross road, where the teams were set and made to take the nearest town and to eliminated General Guba, as they did that, King and me started to look around and hearing if their armour patrol got close it didn’t, but meh... I dropped my Uzi just to look at it and KING stole my ammo then my gun vanished, leaving me unarmed, as the two Commanders led their troops we were needed to take out 2 BMP's, we did, with ease. I got out and got a weapon, one better than Kings Uzi, An MP5! But then he got out and got an RPK, "An RPK? For crew?" just replied " :P". We proceeded to the next town and took out more infantry, with ease again, we got out again and looked around, then Llauma asked us to scout out an enemy airfield, saw acouple of hinds and a plane. After that we got the tank back from a hill then went to get into posistion, but we got fired upon by one of the hinds and King got killed through the T55's armour, I was pissed and drove off down the hill into the plane, blowing me and it up along with the crew outside, I was going to steal it, but meh Suicide is better. Total kills; Inf - 21 Armoured - 3 Points - 38ish Ha! Looks like you guys were playing my one and only complete mission...how did it go? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Llauma split the group into three teams of four, which all went independantly (could be made by default?). Seperately we approached the first objective where we had to capture the officer. Unfortunately the third team got wiped out by a flanking patrol. We took the village and the two teams left, led by Llauma and me, made their way up to the mortar position. We could take it out without any further losses and continued on to the airfield. By now the tank had cleared the town S of the airport, we could pass there without any difficulties. We were approaching the airport from S and SE. I tried to take out the AA with an RPG launcher, but either it didn't get destroyed completely or it was the other AA that opened fire upon my team only seconds later. So only Llauma's team of four was left, our tank already had been destroyed as was told previously. I liked the mission, I don't know though whether Llauma managed to finish it afterwards. My suggestion is: Split the large group of 12 up into small teams of 4 by default. Coordinating 11 men isn't possible anyway, and leading is easier for the fireteam leaders with some OFP leader commands. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

sputnik monroe 102 Posted May 18, 2006 Here's the only shot I took tonight. The Cobra and Hokum Colided during our bee swarm chopper attack on the town. That was really fun and some how I didn't get desync until the last 30 seconds, unusuall for me because just riding in a chopper usually desyncs me massively. All in all it was a very fun night. The specific download link can be found on this page. http://www.gotf.net/downloads.asp?id=77 Thanks to Rhodite for actually hosting those addons. The mission will most likely not require the addon and it's just an addon dependency error however it can only be solved by competent mission making or everyone having the addon.
