Winter OPFOR Pack - retexture thingy.

Hi all.

Yesterday I downloaded a winter collection pack, where many older winter addons are included.

So I thought I make a Russian Winter OPFOR Pack with following stuff:

- UAZ (PK) Winter Camo.

- UAZ (DSHK) Winter Camo.

- BRDM (PK) Winter Camo.

- BRDM (DSHK) Winter Camo.

---

All this is nothing more than "copied together", so credits goes to the original addon makers.

I have allready permission from BAS, I will ask Kegetys and Ash also.

as the winterofp has no own topic i'll post it here, on some trees of the winter islands are texture bugs, the trunks are untextured, but this semms to be connected to an area or a typ of a tree, dunno

I like the idea of redoing those addons into winter versions.

It'd be nice if someone who does texturing could take this idea and add some updated winter texes as well.

really nice idea mfg Lee but i think it would be nicer if somebody could make some cool winter remakes of all the standard ofp vehicles , soldiers and even buildings!

And as a bonus maybe some usmc and bas stuff and maybe some other mod stuff remade into arctic style

Btw: Does anyone know if C4P741N retextured the RNI-Units (out of the Marine Assault Pack), too? His retextured Winter USMC look awesome.

Small news about this.

I excluded the config file in a own ~10kb .pbo file.

There will be two config files:

1. With BIS East soldiers (green camo) as crew.

2. With Kegetys winter camo soldiers as crew.

So if you don't have Keg's famous winter stuff, you can use them without downloading any other stuff.

But if you want it a bit more realistic, you can use the "winter camo" config.

in germany 112 is the fire brigade, 110 the police

there is no specific national number for police, ambulance or firedepartment...

it will soon be one for the police though (as ive heard)

I sought this addons a month ago. I would like to have it in small time because i am working on winter-mission. I hope, that you will have acceptance from Ash and Kegetys.
