Which guns do you own

Shame, my place can't own any firearm. If you're talking about airsoft then I've some before.

No. this thread is about firearms, not about plastic models of it ;)

My newest family member...A replica of a 1807 Harper's Ferry Flintstone Pistol cal .58

Uploaded with ImageShack.us

Loaded with 60grains FFF and .58 lead ball it kicks like a .45 ACP.

You mean shooting plastics... (most of the airsoft-holics are owned airsoft guns with metal frame and parts, they're pretty tough and heavy.)

The recoil of the gas airsoft is pretty decent, however there's no way to match the real horsekick from NATO standards or even a pistol round.

Good lord, I thought this tube is recyclable (I mean remake a new one, not reload it).

Does'nt mean it's been done. Why bother to reload a Disposable Laucher when the taxpayer can buy you a new one.

Regarding Airsoft... I never really understood what the whole stuff is about.

[offtopic]

It's about running around in the fresh air with your mates, shooting at other people without killing them, getting shot without getting massive bruises and generally having a good time. It's also a lot more sociable (albeit arguably more expensive) than playing PC games. ;) I'd recommend it to anyone that likes their wargames and adrenaline (anyone that's ever lit a grenade during a game knows what it does to your heart rate (and what it does to your thumb if you don't light it properly :D)).

Thank God for Czech gun laws, you can own almost anything here. Sadly there are not many outdoor ranges around Prague. So you have to travel for an hour if you want to do some shooting on the move (well unless you want to pay a lot of money for MOUT facility in some huge service tunnel). However its not perfect. You can own a machinegun, but you cant buy a silencer or mount laser on your gun... Well I don’t care about lasers, but silencer would be neat. At one point I wanted to buy Mk23 SOCOM. I put so much work into it just to find out I cant get the model with lock slide feature. And its pointless to buy Mk23 without this and a silencer. But again I hope that gun laws will get better and they will allow the use of silencers.

And so I’m not way too OT, some more of my guns: xD

My favorite? My own reliable M82 Man Portable Flesh Pecker. Good for a dip, good for a piss, never failed me up to this day and counting.

Nothing beats a gun firing about 2 million live unborn individuals down range, in a procedure with actual 3-5 seconds live fire session burst on average.

And no other type of gun has managed to be as destructive by globally spreading to such extremes of absolute profileration, as man's own.

Surely a gun to be weary of, and a force to be reckoned with!

Damn you Red Orchestra!

Nice :)

What kind Nagant is that? It doesn't look like M1891/30 , it is M1891/38 or M1891/44?

Its M44. I can get you detailed data once I get home and check all the markings on the rifle. I already have M38, but you never have enough of those.

Cole - ...especially you should be :D

THe 10/22 is one of the best rimfire designs ever made! I’ve wanted one of those for nearly 30 years now!

Being up here in Canada, you need a special license to purchase and possess firearms. To get it you need to take the course and I have just never gotten around to it. I keep meaning to though!

The 10/22 (or quite possible the SR22) would be my first purchase, followed closely by an SKS... one of the few Soviet bloc weapons you can buy legally in Canada. The entire AK series and anything that even remotely looks like it is entirely prohibited in Canada. I also want an M14 knock off of some sort and some sort of handgun. I really like the Ruger SR9 for a reasonably priced 9mm, but I’d also love a .45 1911 style as well.

M14 from Norinco? Shop close by just got a shipment of those. I'm really considering buying one (its like 3 times cheaper than M14 from Springfield). However there is a lot Norinco haters everywhere (for a reason). I had 1911A1 from Norinco few years back, it was a nice gun, but had serious FTE issues. I had to use a screwdriver to take the empty case out in some cases. And thats pretty stupid especially when you have gun like that for a concealed carry... Some guns they made are complete trash (cz75 clones, Sig clones), some are pretty nice (welll for the price). No idea how good/bad the M14 clone is.

Yeah, one of the Norc clones. The importer I want to buy from has a solid warranty on them and it really is a reasonable price, and most of the folks I have talked to who have bought one are generally happy with them.

So far Im successfully following my new "one gun a week" policy :D. This is my new Tokarev-TT, made in 1939. Love that round, real beast. Next up - M1 Carbine and SVT40.

I'm surprised that gun laws in Czech Republic are so liberal.

Great collection DaVca. :)

Now let us see that M1 Carbine! :D

(my favorite rifle, besides M1 Garand)

Yeah, gun laws here are pretty awesome. I dint want the original plastic grips for TT, they are terrible (too thin for my hand, ugly and I cant get a good grip with them during rapidfire). Now I want to see how many surplus smg +P rounds from 1969 can it take before it will fall apart :D. M1 Garand is also on my list, but that would have to wait for my next salary. There are dozes Garands in every store for pretty reasonable price, but in .308W... :j: And that would be a blasphemy. So I have to wait for some shipment of reasonably priced 30.06s.

My gun inventory stays pretty small, simply because I trade so often. I generally trade a gun off for a new one at least once every 2 weeks.

Atm, I have 3 flavors of the timeless 1911. (Obviously I'm a browning fanboy. :P), a Hi-power, an H&k USP 45, an M&P .40, a Glock 23, and another smith .38 police special.

For rifles, I have 2 ar-15s: An M&P-15 sport and another franken-15 that I built from a stripped palomino armory lower, a spikes tactical bull barrel 18 inch upper, and magpul tidbits. A norinco SKS with all numbers matching parts with both a new tapco stock and the original wood that's been refinished to a beautiful shine. A WASR (not the single stack), and a ruger mini-14. And not long ago I got my first class 3 stamp and will soon be buying a suppressor to fit my custom built fusion firearms competition 1911.

The two on my wishlist that I'd really like to get my hands on is a Barrett model 99, and any full auto AR-15 lower. But both are far off on my budget for quite a while.
