king homer 1 Posted October 26, 2004 Very nice! What's up with some other versions like M60A3/A2 and M60? Also with different camo shemes would be nice.
DKM Jaguar 0 Posted October 26, 2004 Some of the textures look really blurry and some look really sharp. Other than that, it's a nice looking tank.
-33ker 0 Posted October 26, 2004 Looks very good! What about the M48? Would be nice for Vietnam missions.
Bobcatt666 0 Posted October 26, 2004 Saw a few M48s floating about, On the Nam era mods, I havked up one of Sigmas M60s into a M48A5, used to crew one in the Army Nasty guard. But it got roached with the death of a HD.
calm_terror 0 Posted October 27, 2004 Also what aboot an M47?
-33ker 0 Posted October 27, 2004 I' not a tank expert, but you only have to change the turret of the M60 to get a M48. Is that right?
Bobcatt666 0 Posted October 27, 2004 Not really, the early M60 was identical it eventually got a 105MM canno the early M60 and M48 had like a 90mm main gun. Lots parts were interchangable.

Sauce-Trash 0 Posted October 27, 2004 what about ohter versions of the M48? A M48A2GA2, the last german version of it would be cool, because it uses a Diesel Engine, the Cannon of the Leopard 1 and his Commanders Copular instead of the very large tower with the .50cal! here you can find some pics... Jezz 0 Posted October 27, 2004 an M60A2 would be nice even though in real life it was pretty much a failure, its just something completly different from the usual american tanks. I really like your M60A1 youve made alot of version alterations to the origanl model any chance of telling use the change in face count?
Keller_777 0 Posted October 27, 2004 Great! Outstanding!! Super!!! I love it, everyone I know loves it! Okay, just a throguht - would it be a good idea to make an M60 (A3 probably, but it looks very-very similar to M60A1) with ERA? M60A2 looks very nice, and I don't care if it was a "failure" It will work fine in OFP, you know. Thank you very much for this addon! can't wait to try it
Jezz 0 Posted October 27, 2004 I think it was the isralies that mounted ERA on there M60/M48's i cant remember seeing american tank with ERA
Przezdzieblo 0 Posted October 27, 2004 I think it was the isralies that mounted ERA on there M60/M48's i cant remember seeing american tank with ERA AFAIR USMC M60A3s in Operation Desert Storm had additional ERA armour.
-33ker 0 Posted October 27, 2004 It might not be a very modern Tank design, but it's still used in Turkey for example.
king homer 1 Posted October 27, 2004 I have additional information about every M60/M48 tank, so if you need some info.
Cpt. FrostBite 0 Posted October 27, 2004 Indeed the USMC (only active units still using the M60 during the gulf war?) had M60A3's with ERA. Didn't the LOBO team have one included with their second pack? Perhaps you could use the modelled ERA plates. Keep up the good work! This looks really good!!!! Also a good idea to do the M60. Makes for a good replacement of the original one. @deadmeat; hey, you know the drill.
