I managed to download this in under an hour (I had no chance of sleeping, so I started my download at 0350 local and it ended at 0445 local) off of a mirror (Thank God), and it's well worth the wait. Tulip 0 Posted June 17, 2004 Thanks, Smartdrv! Installed fine. There seems to be something funny going on with the campaign briefings. For example, Burning Bridges and Bottleneck have it: the briefing is distorted, and the text jumps and skips over the pages, the objectives list more than others. This only happens if there are multiple pages in the briefing. Anyone else experiencing this? Anyway, that's a minor hassle. Maldevic looks great - playing a SP mission on it now. Love the fields! Edit: Another thing. The SP Mission "Return to Darknes" gives a "No entry 'config.cpp/CfgVehicles.FDF_malSoldierGB'." error on loading the mission, but does show the briefing and lets you play the mission. The new units are awsome ... the Saab Dracon, Police and Civil cars, the new guns ... just great! One question: The axe/handcuff is very nice, but is it correct, that i get a silented bullet? See the "mussleflash" (ok, it's more like dust) and the bullet hit the ground. the animation itself is very nice! Thx again FDF-Team for your work! SA-11 itself would be interesting weapons system to model. Although we would need quite a lot of photographic references. Missile carrier, radar vehicle and ofcourse the launcher vehicle. NH-90, crotale, 35 Itk 88, radars, 120mm mortar, learjet, 152mm field howitzer, 155mm cannon, self-propelling artillery, rocket artillery, other trucks than MaSi/RaSi, engineering equipment, missile boats and NaSu are the things I can remember that havent been done yet.
