Anim Pack Update

Your "safe" animation looks great..I'm tired of having the weapon on the shoulder all the time when patrolling.... smile_o.gif...Take a well deserved rest my friend and recharge those addon making batteries smile_o.gif

actualy wilco. .

why dont you hold off on the binoc animation for a few

llauma got some new binocs comin out and diablo terror will be doing the animations to fit the newer smaller binocs

I have a question.

Is it possible to make not replacement, but addition to "old" anims, scripted to random "choose" of anim?

I mean for instance if u give a squad order "release" some of them would have rifles on arm, other in new position.

It is, but it requires hundreds of lines to script.

hm.. i dont think it possible but if WILCO says it is...

Wilco, gimme at least an idea how to do it. i dont remember any command to check unit's behaviour or to chech if unit uses binocular for example.

With scripts and the command system on the bottom right hand corner, you might be able to put the animation in, and a selection reading something like:

1, 2, 3 -Safe 1

1,2, and 3 being the first three units in your squad.

But like Void said, it might not be possible.

Wilco, looks awesome dude. Seriously, can't wait. Just make sure its like really nice and no bugs before you release it. But keep up the good work....oh ya, need a beta tester biggrin_o.gif

Oh and drow, I love that drunk idea thing. I can make a whiskey bottle for you./..

If you guys want me to revamp everything, it is going to take a hell of awhile, atleast a couple of months, instead I'll release a new one maybe every month, not fully completed.

i should be possible, in the res. campaign the guy holds and talks on the phone.

I think the the Bis forward sprint animation (E-key by default) would look cool if it could be replaced with the right flanking sprint animation (E + D). What do you think?  smile_o.gif

hell, its in the CWC campaign too mate.  During the second cutscene when Blake calls Mr. G

Ya anyhow mate, i'll begin on making the bottle.  Just get the textures for me...oh ya, it will be like a soda bottle, correct?

Oh ya, make transparent textures so you can see through the bottle, i'll make it double faces so it'll work.......

We going to have a big update before we see the "at ease" standing running flank running walking.Then the wait usualy about 2 weeks until the *BOOM* release.Very well done wilco gotta have these things.Good luck

I am really looking forward to this release wilco... I enjoy these new anim packs.

I was wondering though about two animations.

The first one is the combat sprint... in earlier pack I think either you or Hunter had the person carrying the gun down and to the side which is I think more realistic than having it wave in front of you...

Also I was hoping that the combat walk would be fixed so that the soldier has the rifle closer to his upperbody/ face.
