triumph 0 Posted April 17, 2004 @ triumph kegs rpg7 is that of the poor ass back street livin in boxs type country. the rpg used is that of the rni from suchy/earl. a more modern rpg. althou the name remains the same in the editor/on screen due to the fact i got better things to worry about then messin with renamin weapons in the config. . . benus 0 Posted April 17, 2004 @ pappy. if you want me to work with you no problem. i have enough time at the moment because i only work on 400 Euro base a month and didn't start studying (will start in oktober) in clear words i have to work 2 or 3 days a week. well but to talk about my skills hehehe I only know what I learnd in school (Turbo Pascal /Delphi) and about scripting and edeting well well not sooooooooo good. but de_pboing files searching for script/texture pathes no problem. or changing config and scripts. that would work. I will come back and see what bugs and problems are there and if I can manage to fix something I will tell you. or just write me a short mail and I will help if I can !!!! because as I said IT IS A REALLY PERFECT CONFIG PROJECT and I want it to go on like this. with me or without me ! I have the mod installed, but it says that the dragunov (magic) is missing when I start some missions. The game doesn't seem to be detecting the files in my csla/addons folder. You actually don't have to change OFP's data.pbo, and data3d.pbo files, all you have to do is create a new dta folder in your superconfig mod folder, and put the "updated" data.pbo files in this folder. This is the way that the WGL pack is set up. When you use the standard flashpointresistance.exe file, you use the old standard OFP NV goggles. But when you use the WGL mod shortcut (......./flashpointresistance.exe" -mod=wgl) the updated data files are used in favor of the standard data files. In other words it is possible through the use of mod folders to have updated NVGs without ovewriting any BIS files.... Unhappy customer 0 Posted April 19, 2004 I found another bug. The sports car, which is now Black Baron's Corvette, has no engine sound. Also if you want to see something funny, get the config with the exploding body effects, place a bunch of civillians on a road, and run them over with the corvette. And if you want see something even funnier, make a tight group of civillian people, and place 3 satchel charges even distributed amongst the group. You can probably figure out what comes next....
