A good G-36 w/ AG36 would be great cheeky!

I cant load the HK-33 onto my soldiers sad_o.gif I get the error "no config hk33a2mag" or something like that. Are the weapon and ammo names correct in the readme?

Can I recommend you also add AI arctic Warfare .50cal and 7.62 sniper rifles also. (want, want, want)

In your sniper pack there is a cheyenne .50 cal which is my favourite. Could you add this also?

How about a CM MANPAD, ie Stinger, Mistral or starstreak?

A heavy machinegun is lacking from the west side. How about a GPMG.

The only problem I have had (apart from the hk33 error) is that my boys run out of ammo real quick!

He's right you know. An M-8 (xm-8) family would be fantastic! If you search in offtopic you will find a thread i made on this weapon ages ago. It contains great pics videos and articles on this weapon...

Very cool addon! Nice work! But there is one mistake: The tele sights on all HK weapons are mounted in false direction sad_o.gif  . It has to be turned exactely 360 degrees. The rubber on the end of the sight (now forward directed) is to protect the face of the sniper... "Anfänger-Schnitt". But very good weapons, I think I change and rechange all my units weapons to this ones.  biggrin_o.gif  unclesam.gif

Are you just looking at the screenshots? The scope is the same as the one on the WA2000 screen shot, you just cant see it.

ohh what a pitty. I was cheering when I saw a proper M60 GPMG model for OFP. Then I was crying when I saw that it uses JPEG textures and ridicoulously high res pac/pas's.

EDIT:

I beg you to use sesible textures in pac/paa formats only... otherwise it's unusable for me and OFP needs a better m60 model that's not lagging the sit out of my graphics card.

Sorry, but most people now have half decent PCs that can cope with 512x512 Jpegs. smile_o.gif I will change them to PAAs when I get round to it as I think they normally look better anyway.

please. I don't have a bad computer but OFP is NOT made for JPEGs. The JPEG textures take huge amout of graphics memory. It's a question of your graphics memory and how many different units/buildings/other stuff you use in a mission. with 64 MB as my graphic card has it's used up pretty quickly. But it could be prevented by just using the correct texture format for OFP.

I am already changing the textures to PAAs and PACs, at one time almost all the weapons had Jpegs.

Anyway if you are wanting to change other addons soldiers to have the same Field of View as mine. De PBO and add this to there Config

haven´t tried the weapons yet but from the pics i take they´re top notch stuff smile_o.gif

now that you´re going to change all the textures to .paa -i wonder if there will be 2 ier-pack versions in the future (1w & 1 w/o .jpg textures) ? i ask because not everyone does have a bad videocard and therefore somebody may prefer .jpg textured weapons.

Just noted a problem with the M16A3 with Optics, the muzzle flash will be always there forgot to add it to the CfgModels list. Just done it now while adding the ACOGS equipped M16A3 and M4A1. Are there any other weapons you would like an ACOGS fitted to? rock.gif

Is it possible to make other, "night" ver. of M2HB for dumbs like me?

I mean one without light at all? I can't prevent AI turning on lights at night...

This is great!!! I think I'll do this to all the units I use in missions (except the ones in my Multiplayer MOD folders wink_o.gif )

I love the new FOV, it means you can properly look behind you without having to swing your whole body around.

any chance we could see the full pach with paa/pac textures soon? I realy like the pack but my POC hates me when using weapons with jpeg textures. It's not a big deal when on the original islands, but when using them on Tonal-like islands it becomes a bit of a prob.

Don't rush it, though. I'm very happy with this pack and it's high quality.

i neeeeed new desert units ;)

and winter... and woodland.... (and urban?)

that means regular army units, no marien, ranger, delta stuff.... i might need some aircav tho (if someone wants to make such units)

the weapons (all of them) arr just wonderful... i love all the new optics smile_o.gif

anyway... great work man.. "need mooooooore" *dribble*

Have you tried HYK's modern US infantry? They add American soldiers in quite a few different variations. All with very nice modelling and texturing. Just look about in A&M:C smile_o.gif

And I agree the optics are very nice so is the pack in general. I especially like the new M60 variations smile_o.gif

Usually works, do a template squad like this and then just cut and paste it in your mission instead of placing them like regular squads.

That is what I do with the HYK modern infantry and this pack/Earls guns. You can edit the soldiers config aswell but that's not the best way to do it for mission editing purposes I suppose.
