walker 0 Posted January 14, 2004 and all those on other forums who didn't to be ashamed of. Could you draw up a list, please? Nah Avon Why should we bother with them? Such people ain't worth the bother to correct their stupidity. Better to concentrate on the good people who are worth the effort; those who were active in condemming it are more worthy of publicity than those who didn't. Just be proud you did. earl 0 Posted January 15, 2004 EGM/ZD will also be donating to an MVD veteran's fund, since the soldiers wronged in the photo were Russian Interior Ministry (MVD). It's also worth noting that the Editor in Chief of EGM joined the forum where this all began to explain himself and answer questions, instead of hiding behind form-letter apologies. Errrmm wrong Signed the other one made by KJAM first, before I noticed the correct partition. So basicly I signed twice @earl: I thought was very mature of him to do, and admire him for standing up to face the "angry mob" to apologize for what they'd done. bn880 5 Posted January 16, 2004 Hey, another e-mail you should see Quote[/b] ]As you know, in a recent issue of Ziff Davis' Electronic Gaming Monthly, some images were printed that have offended some people. Unfortunately, those images contained the box art for SOCOM II: U.S. Navy SEALs, a PlayStation 2 title published by Sony Computer Entertainment and developed by Zipper Interactive. Please note that neither Sony Computer Entertainment or Zipper Interactive had anything to do with these images, as they were part of an editorial piece done by the magazine. We recognize the offensive nature of these images, and under these unfortunate circumstances must kindly defer you to Ziff Davis Media for any comment regarding the misuse of our intellectual property. You can find more information on the magazine, as well as their statement on the issue, at http://www.egmmag.com.
