It looks kinda interesting, I might have to get it when it comes out. I've actually never played the sims.

I don't understand how some folks enjoy watching other people for enjoyment. I never got into any of the reality TV programs, I don't know why, probably because I didn't care about the people involved, had no and felt no attachment to them in any way. Basically, I beleived it would be a waist of my time.

I played the sims once. Played for about 10 minutes. Got bored, asked my freind if you could do anything even remotely exciting. He said no. Never played it again.

What were those things that kids used to play with.......Tamogootches or something. I liken The sims to them. Boring and dull. In my view, a game should offer elements of life that you can't do everyday. The sims simulates just that. The boring everyday elements of life. Why is that fun, exciting or even enjoyable to play? I'm not attacking anyone here who plays games like The sims, just curious as to why/how they can play it.

I enjoy the sims and the new expansion Making Magic livens up their world a bit. I am hoping that the Sims 2 picks up form there and gives us more things to do with our little sims

Jeez its the same game bundled everytime with a new cover interface and a added anim for new types of farts or pissing moves

They are looting you people i'd stop buying thta game and ask for a new GUI or better graphics plus more control.

I lost all interest in the SIM's ever since i waste dmy money on one title.

The expansions are just thinking up more ways to rip the money off gulible suckers like the Sims fans here.....least with OFP and RES we got our moneys worth...Sims, your paying Å20 for a few new skins on the characters and some minor coding that probably took a couple of weeks at most to do.

But the expansion packs have sold like hotcakes, so Sims 2 will sell well too. It would sell better if they allowed you to drive around in first-person mode and shoot your annoying neighbors (Sim Theft Auto 2 ).

Yes but that would be like going against the SIMfan criteria of acting like GOD and watching evrything happen from five feet in the air

They can call it an "extra feature" . "Command your Sims to do anything, good or evil."

Yes we all respect our personal decisions , but still dont you think the SIM's titles are all nearly revolving around the same thing , even with addons its no fun (but i guess its just me)...
