Tannethal 0 Posted December 13, 2003 @rudedog: Thanks man, finally somebody doing a decent and damn good looking M2 series. Hell just for the M2A2 I'd like to thank you! One question: Will the CFVs have different interiors and seating, since their troop compartment is usually full with ammo. And since you plan on doing a crew would it be possible to do the dismounts (CAV troopers, mech Inf grunts) too, or am i asking too much? S!
Rudedog 0 Posted December 13, 2003 Looking good. Are you releasing the Armored Medical Evacuation Vehicle with the Bradley pack? Yes it will be included in the pack. One question: Will the CFVs have different interiors and seating, since their troop compartment is usually full with ammo. And since you plan on doing a crew would it be possible to do the dismounts (CAV troopers, mech Inf grunts) too, or am i asking too much? Interiors will be correct for each model. Â As far as the dismounts go, I've thought about it but haven't decided yet.

ag_smith 0 Posted December 14, 2003 Rudedog, can you tell us what's the status on this addon, ie. what's done and what still needs to be done? I'm really looking forward to play with this baby, argh... PS. Will the model include any animations, like, for example animated TOW launcher?
Rudedog 0 Posted December 16, 2003 Rudedog, can you tell us what's the status on this addon, ie. what's done and what still needs to be done?I'm really looking forward to play with this baby, argh... Â PS. Will the model include any animations, like, for example animated TOW launcher? Exterior modeling and texturing is now complete for the A1's and A2's. Â Random markings scripts needs to be put in place. Â Internal models for CFV, ODS and AMEV version need to be done. Â Then we will start with the Linebacker and Fist. Â Soul_Assassin is researching the possiblity of an animated Tow Launcher. Â Crew is still in early stages. Â Hope this answers some questions. Â BTW, the addon is also ECP compatible and I am thinking of making the crew JAM compatible.
hellfish6 7 Posted December 16, 2003 I'd think that since the BAS Delta/Rangers are probably going to ship with unit patches for nearly all major US Army combat units, that they'd make good troopers. I'd rather see these sexy Brads released as vehicles and crew alone, without the extra time spent on the dismounts. Will the AMEV model be altered to include the box? It looks just like a Bradley with the turret off now, as opposed to the more boxy medic track. I, for one, would like to have JAM compatibility. And heck, maybe you can even get together with BAS to allow their unit patches on your crewmen. Just a thought...

m21man 0 Posted December 16, 2003 AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Not JAM! If people are so eager to have it, than they can change the config to their liking . Edit - Or Rudedog could release a seperate config that is JAM compatible. There's no reason people should have to download 10 extra MBs to use the Bradleys . Rudedog 0 Posted December 18, 2003 Soul Assassin and I are making progress oÂn the Bradley's.  Many people were concerned about the height of the TOW Launcher, so I have  lowered it to the accurate position.
