iNeo 0 Posted April 29, 2003 Already seen the "Achmed" one (which has gotten several different names, like "Afghan sniper training" and stuff), and the Glock one. I like the Glock vid, it's cool. But that heli crash.. shit. Can almost feel the horror of the people inside... scary.
Milkman 1 Posted May 1, 2003 I thought that helicopter video was scary. You can see the gunner try to escape just as it flips into the water.

Read the information carefully and then think is it really possible to cure all the eye problems just by training the muscles of your eyes. Training the muscles of your eyes only helps a little and I highly doubt that your friend had a really poor eyesight. So if he had only a slightly bad eyesight caused by weakened muscles in his eyes then it's possible that he could improve his eyesight with training. If I take off my glasses I can see as far as 20cm without a blur and that's not because of weakened muscles of my eyes but because of myopia and astigmatism. MrMilli 0 Posted May 1, 2003 No IceFire I don't believe you. I don't because I have damaged my eye and have spent quite a bit of time talking to doctors about it. If you damage your eye, you cannot fix it on your own. It can get a lot worse, but it cannot get a lot better. mild damage can be fixed with time, the reason people don't need thinner and thinner pescriptions is because there will come a point where the doctor will say "Done, you don't need em anymore" and thats it. The reason people need thicker and thicker pescriptions is because everyones eysight will get worse with age and any damage to the Lens or the Retina will get worse a lot earlier in life. I had a detached Retina. Before the surgery I could not see with my left eye full stop blurred so much if I closed my right eye I could only make out significant changes in colour. After the surgery I can now read with my right eye closed this text from at least 2m away without the need for any higher fonts (this is on text size medium)
IceFire 0 Posted May 1, 2003 Mr.Milli, what you are talking about is that your eyes are "damaged". That's not what I mean. I am talking about simply poor vision. Just due to age, or strain or just plain having bad vision. I'm not talking about if it is damaged or you have things disconnected in your eye.
IceFire 0 Posted May 1, 2003 Oh, and Mr. Mad Dentist person, all those eye conditions are not what I am talking about. Those are all diseases and stuff. I'm just talking about normal poor eyesight, far sightedness, nearsightedness, bad eyesight from stress on the eyes and whatnot, or just eyes that are a bit weak. Believe it or not, most people who have eye trouble don't have any of those diseases listed, they just have bad eyes that arn't that sharp.

IceFire 0 Posted May 1, 2003 Yes, I just read them, and nowhere does it say that it can't be helped by strenghthening the muscles in the eye. It reads pretty straight forward. The eyes are shaped a little elongated. So the vision is less focused in some aspect. So?
