I managed to get a high score of 128,600 in the Resistance campaign, I'm not sure how though, it was on that hostage rescure mission, thats all I remember. Anyways, heres a pick from CTI:

Best way to get a huge kill list: Place lots and lots of enemy units in a really small space then drop a B61 from the F-15 pack. Of course, you'll probably end up destroying yourself if you want to get an accurate drop. But thats a small price to pay to get about 400 kills.
