Yes, tanks can go very fast...

A friend of mine told me that they have outruned some trucks on a motor-way with a Leopard 2. tounge.gif

That definately made my tailbone hurt. I can also picture the mechs watching from the side and throwing their tools down in disgust biggrin.gif

I don't think the jumping does any damage... maybe the constant flooring of the engine might hurt the transmission.... but I doubt it

Shouldn't this be posted in the stunt topic smile.gif

It looks pretty cool, that tank goes rather fast if you ask me, what's its top speed?

60-65km/h on a paved road(can go to 70km if you really push it), and 40-45km/h on a unpaved road:)

Hmz, is that fast for a tank? What's the fastest tank (and what speed can it reach)?

What do you expect from a large vacuum cleaner? tounge.gif

It looks like it's going at least 80 in the AVi, but the quality is so low I can't tell for sure.

Technically, if you drive anything off an edge it becomes airborne. LOL

Still, neat video though.

probably 90% of all the videos there have the music track of 'mission impossible'!

They have over done it a bit.....

I would have prefered no music and just the sounds of the weapon systems themselves.
