How high will the quality of this mod be? Is it going to be the quality of Firewill's F-16 or a Arma 2 port over?

It will be better then the F18E/F mod and firewill's F16 mod (can't really compare tho, firewill have their own good) , there will be more features getting working on and a more realistic flight model that ArmA3 never got that before

Flanders i have another idea for the electronic warfare script, maybe it could jam Aircrafts countermeasures so they cannot launch them when in close prox. to the Growler?

Considering that countermeasures expendables are completely unrelated to the aircraft's radar or communications, that's rather silly.  It would be something like saying you can't drop bombs because your radar's being jammed.

True, but some aspects of EW won't be as useful or possible in A3 due to engine limitations/gameplay balance. So you have to come up with interesting gameplay aspects?

 

And whose to say by 2034 we wont be able to screw up aircraft that rely heavily on electronics *cough F35* :P

I think it'd be more useful if it jammed enemy IFF or their radar warning recievers for a short period of time.

I want the RWR to be completely silent,if aimed and fired at by IR-missiles.  Like in real life.

 

Is it possible to get a "big screen"-like a tv,for RIO 2:nd seat? Could be useful if we could be directing UAV`s by connecting 10 of them to the plane itself.

Then just wp,lase and fly over a target and drop.In case some AA-gunnner knows what he is doing....

 

By the way:Could we be able to place it on a Rwy and go wheels up?  And use Zeus to move it as a shot-down plane and place it somewhere?    Possibly a datadisc or other intel to be retrived .

I need a crashed,but not exploded plane for a mission.

Will this show up on MCC?  Or,will we be able to add a marker on the map and see this plane take of and Loiter there,another marker/trigger where it will auto refuel in the air.

 

Could we get a camera pod with extreme zoom on it ,to please? Like Pook EF-2000 plane. TV view in MFD,pannable camera?

Then we could transmit GPS cords on the fly for Fire missions /Steelrain/mortar.

 

But then we need to "bullet proof" the plane with a great ECM script/EW.

 

Just a Q: Will it be possible to ditch it in the sea or land wheels up on the ground without it being so fragile as almost everything that flies in A3? No explosion.

That way we will finally have some use of QRF to find and blow it up in a hit and run mission,possibility to mine a plane with a throwable satchel charge?

It seems a lot you don't know how this aircraft works, A Growler can jam for up to 6 hours or more if it feels like. It can do SEAD (of course), stand-off jamming and escort missions. This aircraft can only jam electronics and nothing else, that's what it was made for and they aren't a lot carried on the ship only 5 cause that's all that is needed for the Air wing, but they are always on a mission somewhere doing stand-off jamming which is their main mission in Iraq and Syria right now.

 

So that is what we will be applying to this aircraft, only realistic stuff.

Doesn't make sense, The Growler wasn't made for that, it can defend itself in an emergency but that may never happen.

Stand-off jamming can be done for 6 hours or more.

Helmet mounted display mod? Would look nice in  this plane...

I am 99 percent sure helmet mounted displays will be used, havent really taken a look at them yet but if I can get them going with help or without, count on them in this.
