Yepp that's perfectly going on :) It also takes me into 3D modelling. Just basic things ... I'm good at putting apples into A3 :p Also, I'm cooperating with TheDog88 (ARP2 mod) so watch out what might be coming!

Ah, I'll leave them in, I was mostly just asking, why is all.

Now do tell about this "Survive", is it anything like Wasteland? I wish I had the time to set down and learn to edit and work on this game... I think some of my ideas would rock in a game. LOL (I bet everyone thinks that? LOL)

Anyways I'd like to hear about the mission or will it be a mod?

I can't go into detail at this stage, but I don't think it can be compared with Wasteland or similar mods. You might call it a military survival roleplay game. Detailed information, lots of pictures and trailers will be published, as soon as we can promise that it will be great.

Because of the latest patch I can't guarantee that GLT Mod 1.21 is working correctly! BW Mod and Massis NATO & Speznaz weapons (both required addons) are confirmed to cause trouble. Fixes of those will be supplied by their authors or cooperating partners.

I fear some missions might be broken as well. I will try to create fixes for the upcoming GLT Mod 1.22.

Hey, is there anywhere I can download or select what parts of this mod I want to have enabled? What I mean is, stuff like civilian clothes or the ION Inc stuff is the best around, but I don't really want to install BW Mod and the guns mod, and then have everything from this mod aswell, thus having tons of stuff I probably wont use and slowing my load times (worse than they currently are).

yeah that's possible. Just use the following files only:

glt_items_backpacks_pmc.pbo

glt_items_headgear_pmc.pbo

glt_items_poloshirts_pmc.pbo

glt_items_uniforms_pmc.pbo

glt_items_vests_pmc.pbo

glt_units_air_pmc.pbo

glt_units_men_pmc.pbo

glt_units_cars_pmc.pbo

The civilian stuff can be found the same way. Simply take all the files which are ending on _civil.pbo. However using these files without the rest is untested. Use it on your own risk.

You'll still need Massis NATO Weapons and Speznaz package.

Sweet. I'll give it a try. Would be cool to see something like TPW (where you can toggle certain mods on/off via a configurator) but that's effort. If all else fails, I'll just install everything, not like I have to use everything.

Really cool looking pack though.

Can you explain to me what stuff like the mobile cellphones and laptop's are for, and how to use them?

GLT Mod Update to 1.22

GLT Mod 1.22 is containing some ports from Arma 2 now, mostly small stuff. The biggest credit goes to TheDog88, author of the ARP 2 objects mod, who provided me his 3D files and textures. I upgraded them with new textures and an item config for the inventory. My original goal was to port over some A2 vehicles as well (starting with the Dingo), but I ran into lots of problems and I'm not skilled enough to solve it. Besides there are more talented modders out there who are currently taking care of it.

GLT Mod Update to 1.23

GLT Mod 1.23 is providing some new features for the civilians. I was tired that all A3 civilians looked like tourists. Now there is the option to use the good old ArmA 2 clothes instead.

New mission features include random insignias for the GLT forces, the Friendly-Fire-Module and a new fancy mission intro text.

It's been quite in the realm ... but work is still going on!

As Bohemia had announced a new A3 patch at the beginning of december I'm aiming to release GLT Mod 1.24 and GLT Mod Extended 1.00 shortly after that.

I forgot something that might be useful.

Example "missions" for the content! Just put them into your missions folder of your profile so you can access them via editor. These examples include all of the stuff (without the objects so far) which is included in GLT Mod. You don't have to host these examples. It's absolutely optional.

Oh, guess I forgot to delete that one. That was only for testing purposes. Damnit. I'll fix that for GLT Mod 1.25. Though ot critical for anyone using GLT Mod Extended as RHS Mod is required anyway.
