Mass Effect, hands down. Especially ME3. The music was pretty much the only awesome thing about the ending.

My favorite Music is mostly from MMO games and RPG's. I love the soundtrack to Final Fantasy VII, VIII, IX, and XII. In addition, the music in Eternal Sonata was top-notch (if you're into classical music). The Bouncer on PS2 had a pretty amazing soundtrack to match. Anyway, just my two cents!
