abdecken 1 Posted January 2, 2012 Hi, my Arma 2 DVD unfortuently got a scratch on it and will not install. How can I obtain a replacement?
purepassion 22 Posted January 2, 2012 (edited) Contact the Support and show them a proof of purchase and I am sure someone will help you :) edit: as I think about it, they are not really responsible for a scratch caused by yourself, so if you really can't use it anymore you'll have to get a new one. fusionofp 0 Posted January 3, 2012 Wrong, they will not help. I had the same problem and nobody was interested, not even when I offered to pay for a replacement.
Higgings. 0 Posted January 3, 2012 Download it via steam, then use kode from dvd. I think that could work :) But, then it would be steam ofcause.

Beagle 684 Posted January 3, 2012 Hi, my Arma 2 DVD unfortuently got a scratch on it and will not install. How can I obtain a replacement? Seriously...the game is on budget level already, you can get it for like 9€. That's what I did when the DVD went unreadable...fastest and easiest solution. RSF TheCapulet 59 Posted January 3, 2012 Sprocket > Steam in this case. Depends on where you live. Steam downloads a ton faster in the US.
Tankbuster 1747 Posted January 3, 2012 Depends on where you live. Steam downloads a ton faster in the US. Is that relevant for a download you're only going to do once?
M9ACE 0 Posted January 3, 2012 Hi, my Arma 2 DVD unfortuently got a scratch on it and will not install. How can I obtain a replacement? If you live in the USA, there are some places that provide DVD repair (accomplished via polishing). However, as Beagle mentioned, the cost to purchase a new copy is not too high. http://www.venmill.com/
W0lle 1052 Posted January 3, 2012 Wrong, they will not help.I had the same problem and nobody was interested, not even when I offered to pay for a replacement. The only place to obtain disc replacements is your local publisher. Bohemia Interactive can not provide you any replacement discs.
