A Chinook Pilot has a bad Position to land, or actually no position to land, cause the extraction Zone is on a Hill slope...so he does what all Pilots would do...wait...really all? I don´t think so.

Theres me thinking this could only be done in a simulator like Arma2 :butbut:

The bit that would worry me if I was trying to board was the moment he first backed onto the bank and it was more rotors down on the back rotor, as he pulled up I was thinking .... "dont swing" that could have had half a squad wiped out with no heads :eek:

It's a well known method of extracting from hill tops - there are lots of videos of it being used.

My try on this. Basically (with External view and Auto hover) it is an easy manouver in ArmA (Editor environment). But while beeing on a server with disabled external view, one needs someone which is assiting the Pilot in providing course corrections from the back door (gunner seat).
