Convert the .ogg to an .mp3 and then convert the .mp3 to a .midi. There are a lot of freeware programs that allow you to do this. If that is hard, try transcribing the music by ear. ;)

It doesnt matter what format you have. Converting a wave form to a midi is done by analyzing the waveform and try to fit a note sequence to it, which is, mildly put, not perfect...
