JakeWed 10 Posted February 4, 2011 Mmmm, Chocolate Chip but Yea, With the GDI Camo im trying to get into contact with the guys that made the Persian Hammer Addons (Anyone Know who I can get hold of?) as the American Soldiers in that have the Chocolate Chip Camo Also I think the Trucks are the 5t's From ArmAI so i Might just be able to Port it over (Ive done it before, Just gotta remember how)
[GLT] Legislator 66 Posted February 4, 2011 Ah that sounds very good. As Tiberian Dawn is taking place in the middle of the 90s, are you going to create the classic 90s units and modern-present-time-GDI stuff as well?
JakeWed 10 Posted February 4, 2011 yep, But we are going to do it in stages, Have the Versions of the 'Dawn Era Stuff then moving onto the 'Sun Era Stuff We are also going to try and do a kinda "inter-War" Period set as well, With combined Modern, 90's and 'Sun Type things all mixed in And Right now for the 1st Version for the 'Dawn Era stuff we are just waiting on a Nod Buggy, EMERY is working on a FAV/DPV Buggy that we will try and get ahold Off when he Finnish's It, As well as the Persian Hammer US guys for the GDI then the public can play around with it and give feed back and then we will work from there
tankgun 13 Posted February 4, 2011 Ya lol I asked about the 5T weeks ago, but the sooner we can get them the sooner both sides can have a basic supply/ troop transport truck :)

someguywho 12 Posted March 5, 2011 (edited) Do you guys still need a texture guy? Cause I can do re-textures and the like though it looks like you have that one done. Edited March 5, 2011 by someguywho
nodunit 397 Posted March 5, 2011 Ill try to upload the pictures today. From what I can tell GDI infantry use the old chocolate chip pattern camo, both sides use the Abrams Not necessarily, Just because there are cutscenes of the same vehicles with both sides colors doesn't mean they both used it, at best it was used to lesson elements and quicken the progress by WestWood or possible that they were stolen. You'll see a number of cutscenes wit hthe same people/units just in different camo, gold abrams, grey abrams, gold bradley, grey bradley and so on.
[GLT] Legislator 66 Posted March 5, 2011 That reminds me to the process of capturing whole bases only to see the enemies vehicles in new camo :p
JakeWed 10 Posted March 6, 2011 A Proper Texture guy would be real nice someguywho, Just PM me if you want or email me at jakewedding@gmail.com And the Chocolate Chip Camo was used in the Briefing by the Actors, so its the Most "Cannon" Stuff we have to go off And The Alpha Public may be Put up as soon as We get a Coder to come along, as i dont really have as much time these days with school and all
nodunit 397 Posted March 6, 2011 Legislator;1868654']That reminds me to the process of capturing whole bases only to see the enemies vehicles in new camo :p That's probably what was seen, I can't see the medium tank being a primary vehicle for Nod, it's too slow for them, it's a wonder they didn't have some kind of nitro booster on the harvesters. JakeWed 10 Posted March 6, 2011 As wars are, Medium tanks were Probably "acquired" though either Capturing arms or the Black Market's, i dont think Nod would of Used them in Numbers though
Gunter Severloh 4056 Posted March 6, 2011 Hello, Just seen this thread, sorry, but I remember i think it was Arma there was your mod coming our, or was that OFP where the mod was like the game starcraft where there was mining and stuff? dont recall been awhile. nodunit 397 Posted March 6, 2011 (edited) Oh, Im probably thinking of Tiberian Wars then. Were you guys in OFP?, I recognize your work. You're thinking of a different team that worked on TD for OFP. http://ofp.gamepark.cz/index.php?showthis=8323 The sad part is I knew a few people on the team, after the end of the mod I was given nearly all models including vehicles and buildings..that's not the sad part though, the sad part is that even though I still have the disc, the data is pretty much corrupted. For the better I suppose, I'm not sure they'd appreciate someone they trusted to just give their work away, and by today it would probably looked rather dated. Gunter Severloh 4056 Posted March 6, 2011 Dont even own OFP!? are you mad! I know its outdated but seriously you take all the addons and mods out for the game and it tops the scale bigger then Arma, arma2, arma2:CO put together. Anyways i know about that link NodUnit which brings me to the OFP.info site. As for the mod it looks interesting, and defiantly different then the norm, I'd be looking to try it out when you have something released, appreciate the work you guys have done and are still doing.
