FBX -> TXO model converter is available at CarrierCommand.com. Instalation: Extract *.exe and *.dll files into game folder. Documentation for exporting models from Maya to TXO is included in the *.zip file. 3D Studio Max will be available later. Does a command exist to set and get the angular velocity of an object?

Well I guess the title tells all I want to know. Does there exist commands which allow to get and set the angular velocity of an object, specially of a helicopter or plane? I already checked the BIS wiki. I know that there exists a setvelocity command but no angular velocity command, right?- 6 replies

Hi Carrier Commanders, After some time of beta-testing, we've now made the release candidate of patch 1.03 available. This should implemented a number of game- and campaign-related fixes, plus refines the ground unit pathfinding by improving the Walrus AI and island navigation data. Important information Save games created in versions 1.1.0026 and older are not compatible. The game will notify you if the save file was created in an incompatible version. The DEVS 'Promised' that in the full version of Carrier Command that we would have a 3D view of the enemy carrier sinking when it get destroyed, I have tested for this using version 1.2.0034 but the enemy carrier still just sits on the surface burning, but when you click the Yes button to continue, the enemy carrier vanishes, at least in the beta it was left to burn out on the surface, and then you could ram the burnt out hulk with your carrier. So my question to the DEVS is, will this feature be in a future patch ???

Hi everyone, After releasing the demo for Windows PC some time ago, we've now also made it available on Xbox LIVE! The demo features two exclusive assaults on the islands of Thermopylae and Granite. Narrated by one of the developers, it kicks off with an action-packed sequence in which you control one of the amphibious Walruses. Once you complete your first objective, the demo fast forwards to another island. Here, the gameplay opens up and you'll be able to switch between driving Walruses, flying Mantas and ordering units via the tactical map. Overall it takes about 45 minutes to complete. Hi All, I have Arma2 and Arma2 OA installed as Combined Ops already and patched to 1.60. But today I just decided to purchase the Reinforcements DVD so I can get the nicer textures for BAF and PMC content. My question is: Once I install the BAF & PMC content from the Reinforcements DVD over to my CO 1.60 installation, do I then have to re-run the base 1.60 patch for Arma2 again? I guess it would depend upon what version of BAF & PMC are on the DVD but Im assuming the DVD doesnt come with the latest patched versions. I'd like to avoid having to do a complete uninstall and reinstall of the game.

As promised last week here’s a small update on our work, and yes we’re working hard to deliver the best game possible! We have succeeded recently in updating the dynamic weather system. Which means there’ll be different weather and day time in the game which is already looking really impressive! Our weather system dynamically simulates this feature across the whole archipelago. There’s also a wind effect (for example on the trees). Daytime reflects the cycle of the Taurus moon as you can see it in the attached screens, we hope you all like the progress the game is making visually and are as excited as we are with the progress it’s making!

Dead man A coop mission for ARMA2 Works with and without ACE Mission Info: Azamat, a former afghan war veteran, now a guerilla leader has holed up inside a bar in Bainton, Kellu. This is going to be his final battle, and he won't go down without a fight. The players (up to 30 CDF) have to attack the town of Bainton on Kellu island, and kill Azamat. He has barricaded himself inside the local cafe in the center of the town. Team roster: 1x mission commander 1x cout 4x squads (the mission commander is a separate unit in his own squad, ideal for organized coops. He is however not necessary and can be safely turned off in the slot selection) Other info: - Has a working briefing and mission triggers. - Quality placement of enemies. Every single unit is carefully placed by hand which provides challenging combat without resorting to overwhelming amounts.
