BAF vehicles use a safety firemode for the weapons on the vehicle. Just swap the firemode when you get in the turret, i.e. default key F.

@Alex Wingace Can't seem to replicate the issue. Can you confirm you are testing with just 3CB Factions, cba_a3, and RHS when encountering the error? If so, please give me the steps and conditions to reproduce the problem. I've tested with just those and with the AI or player firing the Tunguska missiles without issue. I've also tested with the 3CB modset we typically use for Ops and had no crashes so it may be a conflict with another mod we don't use?

I'd need a model of it. Also, I won't be adding any more Cold War factions as it isn't the main setting for the mod pack. US / Soviet were more of a one off for some Cold War BAF ops we were running at the time.

@krzychuzokecia I have fixed the P320 naming and the G36 magazine well positions for the hotfix which will hopefully be out next week. Other suggestions will have to wait until future releases.

I can only assume there is a conflict between the two sets of scripts for determining loadouts. If you manually select loadouts on non-3cb units (i.e. you start with a vanilla unit and select their kit via the arsenal) there is no issue upon mission load. The unit will have the kit you assign it. We've not experienced the problem, nor had it reported before, so I don't know what to suggest.

@krzychuzokecia Thanks. Picture in Picture on the FLIR screens are now fixed for the update. @SovProph The .pbos are purposely obfuscated as per arrangements with some contributors. Config is available via ingame editor. If you need anything, please ask on our Discord and we can discuss it.

@krzychuzokecia I was going to quickly put something together to cover this for the next release. Won't be too in-depth but it should be a better option than the Takistan civilians.

Can you please tell me which version of the helicopter it was (unarmed, armed, pylon, medical etc...) and from which faction. I can then take a look. If I recall correctly, the Bell fast roping takes place from the winch on the side of the helicopter.

It's something I've been trying to fix for a while. I am not even sure I can as it is something to do with the RHS numbering system on the vehicles. The error can also be reproduced on vehicles such as the Sea Stallion which 3cb Factions doesn't use or rewrite config for. It is an issue with the random numbering system in the attributes and if you attempt to manually select the decals via the vehicle properties in Eden, or change their attributes on a number of certain vehicles it will throw the error. We've had no mission loading issues though. It can even be reproduced without 3CB Factions. With RHS and cba_a3 running, place the CH-53 Sea Stallion in Eden. Open its attributes and select 'Fold Helicopter Rotors' by ticking it as shown below. The rotors will fold up: Then click the undo arrow from the menu top left. It will produce an error if you have script errors being shown when you start your game. There is an error somewhere in the underlying decal system which I likely cannot fix.

Probably not at this stage. I am busy working on some CSAT units. Maybe in future. The uniforms were primarily added for the dustier parts of Altis and for SF mixes.

@a.d.3001: Do you have a suggested position? Give me an example vehicle with a 3rd Person camera position you like and I'll take a look at implementing the change.

@Qwentin: Thanks for the youtube vid, it helps. As it happens, I was made aware of the issue. I am also having difficulty try to work out exactly why the issue is occuring so it will require further investigation as the initial setup appears correct.

@Qwentin: To get in as gunner, you need to get in at the rear of the vehicle. The option shows up fine in testing.

@WarhammerActual I don't seem to be able to reproduce this error. Can you try it with just 3CB Factions, RHS and cba_a3? It could be a mod conflict if it isn't a corruption issue. Can anyone else confirm the problem?

@EtchJackson: The faction .pbos are largely standalone. I don't think there is any cross dependency. You will need the equipment, vehicles, weapons, common .pbos. You may be able to remove the individual factions you don't want, but it is not something I've tried or we've done in 3CB so I can't give any assurances over stability, sorry. @Sanaj 1337: Not sure what to say. That unit definitely does exist. It is the Machine Gunner for the Opfor version of the African Desert Army. If you can't place him in the Editor, I'd suggest trying with just 3CB Factions and its dependencies, or redownloading the mod in case it is corrupted. No one else has reported that issue.

@Wendigo How are you spawning the units in? Eden? Zeus? I don't seem to be able to recreate the issue. If you can help me narrow down the group used, that would be great and I will check it.

@Koxxus: Yes, however RHS currently have a license regarding the ongoing war in Ukraine and depictions of it using their mods. "No Depiction of Russian invasion in Ukraine We, the development team of RHS unanimously do NOT condone any real life wars, past, present and future. Any depiction of the ongoing invasion of Russian forces in Ukraine using any RHS assets is strictly PROHIBITED . In accordance with our Non-Derivative License, we will take all the required legal steps to protect our image, our content, and our users from such depictions, including takedowns, C&D and asking for infringements / requesting Steam Workshop bans from Arma3 developers - Bohemia Interactive. This includes, but is not limited to, any use of Russian war marking (Z, O, V etc) and/or Ukrainian war markings on any existing or future RHS assets. There will be no exceptions." So it is not something I'd want to fall foul of. I'd have to get full clarification from RHS devs before I went any where near it. That is why I have gone with a fictional - but similar - ArmaLore country in order to respect their wishes.

Unlikely I will do beards unless I get a model donation for the beard or one or two new faces. I'll take a look at the round glasses. I can likely add them.
