  1. Does anyone else lose the zeus ability if they die? I login to mcc, can press Y to open zeus, but if I die, I need to logout/login to still have zeus

    No, its since day 1 of using it. I dont think I ever found much in the RPT but disabling the RPG made all crashes go away.

  4. I could write something that does this and then execute a callExtension to save to a file. The problem with this, is that it depends on the C++ libraries to be on the PC. It also might get kind of annoying to have to specify an output directory. I will start to mess around on my system and if I come up with something I think would not be inconvenient to have in a mod, I will forward it along.   5. I could get the respawn to work fine on a listen server. As soon as I switched to dedicated, they would not respawn. The pastebin is the same for the listen/dedicated server. Thanks! http://pastebin.com/2ZDXzUEY

    the script doesn't seem to be ejecting me out of a vehicle before dying anymore. The code looks right, not sure what is going on here...
  8. I am trying to get the respawning to work. I spawn a group, set their respawns and see R-999 but when they all die, they dont respawn. Any advice? Thanks I am trying to make a few spawn points of enemies and have them attack a town that you defend and have it be endless waves

    Thanks for the replies guys. I tried out the AI mod and it seems to work pretty well. They pop colored smoke everywhere haha I might use the script in the future, thanks!
  11. Whoa man, you are awesome. Running the sandbox mission as a listen server, everything runs great, can open up the console etc. If I run a dedicated server with my addons, and then connect with Arma on the same PC, is when I run into an issue. Maybe it is thinking I am the server and client at the same time? I get 2 options for MCC console. Is there a way to disable it completely for the server host so that only admins can access it?

  13. Ok sounds good, I still had the gamespy IP, so I figured that was overriding it. And since it still "worked" I didn't switch it until I knew what to put instead. It sounds like leaving it blank and not used will default to steam. Thanks

    Are you saying if 2 different people are Zeus, the AI that each spawn will inherit their difficulties and not the serverside AI difficulty?

    My friends are getting spanked by the AI. I had set precision and skill to 0.2 but they still seem to be SUPER quick to aim and extremely accurate. Even behind cover you get messed up pretty much instantly. I am running a dedicated but Zeus seems to ignore the difficulty and skill settings, is this true? I am not 100% sure if this is Zeus only or not. If someone has played Zeus with dumb AI, I am probably doing something wrong or have a bad config somewhere. I can adjust the skill of a group but if I spawn a few groups around a town I have to adjust the skill for all of them, and even then it doesn't seem to do too much. Lastly, there is no way to create a default set of skill parameters for newly created troops, is there? Maybe my friends and I should just get better.
