    MUCH happier with the updated tex maps ingame. still some materials/specular tweaks need to be made but...... Shadow lod is off, and you can see the rotor deform, but they fly amazing! stay tuned

    I don't think I can add them to the service menu because they're animated. so you'll get one variant with pilot doors and one without. only SOAR hawks will have this feature. UH60M, usaf, and usn hawks will have pilot doors

    having an animation issue with the rotor blades deforming upon rotoation, only real issue keeping these ladies from having passengers ingame. but working on it. Glass is out of place in these renders, and FLIR isn't placed correctly either

    negative the fuel tanks I mentioned sit in the cabin against the back wall. however those pylon tanks will be available through service menu if you want to rock them

    Yes there will be two versions. One will have feet hanging seating with FFV, cargo doors permanently open The other will have strictly "in cabin seating" with closable cargo doors Both will be Fast rope capable

    Pictures I just posted are of the MH60M. It does not have the Mike IR side sensors in those pics though. The Lima cockpit is not finished yet, but everything else for the 60L is finished. Ofcourse users will be able to switch between various external setups through the service menu, switching between IR suppressor/Upturned Exhaust for example. @Gilatar The sensors under the Mike DAP windshield are IR lasers (fixed) used by gunner at night to aim the fixed position M134D door guns. Will experiment with them ingame and hopefully add those exact lasers

    indeed! The UH60M will be equipped with its own sensor suite like it's RL counterpart and will incorporate the standard M CAAS cockpit. They will come in two variants, one "feet hanging" seating and one regular (no actual seats, soldiers will sit in the cabin floor like I did many years ago in air assault school). They will both support fast roping, sling loading, service menu, etc.

    ussocom has its own budget and operators always have more freedom than mainstream branches. guys generally end up buying alot of their own kit. the main "standards" are specific gear arrangements, for example medkits will be in the same general location throughout the teams gear, allowing quick access by any member. don't get so into who wears what, wear what you like

    zach's tut explains in detail, each step very well. weapon p3d- is it centered with correct properties? pbo packing tools- are you using BI add on maker? is your model.cfg for actual anim in your anim folder? does it only happen when you binarize the .rtm? if u followed his tut to the letter, then check the above criteria

    well brand new models redone from ground up. Still polishing tex maps so no peaking yet ;) but i have some quick game ready renders to share..... I went ahead and included sneak peaks at the one of several USAF HH60W, USN MH60S, and US Army UH60M. Still tweaking the stealth, and several pieces are missing from the renders so there are some gaps but thought id share with you guys..... Also need to get the cockpits and such finalized.     MH60X Stealth (zero dark thirty style) will be released in SOAR hawks pbo. it will not contain door guns or "feet hanging seating" but it can hide ;) it will be fast rope capable and I've already modelled in a fully retractable fuel probe so it will most likely be aerial refuel compatible. will also have a reduced thermal signature ingame, and have prototype flare countermeasures (low radar sig housing) also like to note there are current tickets up for terrain following radar BI devs have been assigned so hopefully they can come up with something. DEV branch has had some newer rwr radar additions and all those goodies will be incorporated when they hit stable branch
