I like new terrain but it looks more like Cold War era not 2035. No modern buildings, etc. It's too much similar to Belarus terrain, a little bit wasted opportunity here imo. Castle. Why is so ruined? Not very useful, no walk-able walls or any dungeons or caves. More places where you could hide tanks, would do good to this terrain. Livonia look perfect for small, tactical tank battles. It need more ditches, roads with trenches on both sides, river pits, etc. The open terrain is just perfect for that kind scenarios here. Issues: I found one telephone sloop in the middle of the road (will drop coordinates later).

Whta's your sampling setting, 100%? If you use sampling 200% try back to 100-150% range. You loose on ovearall screen resolution that way but that all it is - looking for compromise solution. You can try use custom resolutions. Generate higher screen resolution than your screen can handle and see how this will look.

All options are already there in menu. Try to set diffrent color or ui size. Best solution is to just lear how to play without those "side wheels".

Joystick setting, axies window, there are diffrent curves 1.0, 1.5, 1.9, .... , 3.0. For some rison this window open only for the first, top axis and all others are not accessible anymore. I can edit files but I need to have those setting, accessible thrue menu. How to return to default state? Does anyone had similara issue? Delating those files does not help. It's a steepness[] line in file user_name.Arma3Profile I delete all user_name.vars.Arma3Profile files and start the game. Now I can access some more sliders but not all of them.

Few more ideas: Use DDU when uninstalling drivers. Maybe a fimware update for your gpu is needed. Try to use a window mode and a window fullscreen mode. Try to find someone playing Arma3 with the same gpu.

My Arma 3 have the same issue, but after longer time, 30-40min in game (same spects as cordozaI). I suspect nvidia drivers (390.65) or maybe Windows updates are to blame, will try to revert to previous drivers first. I don't want to mess with Windows 10... I like a lot the LoW DLC, but some bugs were very annoying. All my tactical approach to The Redacted mission was just a waist of time.
