SteveJA 12 Posted September 10, 2010 The advantage is not as large as you have depicted it, but there is some. Even more if you have a marksman with LRR in your team. When you say "There is even more of an advatage with a LLR marksman", do you mean this individual has a larger engagement range, or the whole squad gains a bonus. Thanks

That means the whole team may attack hostiles easily, because they know of their possitions.
SteveJA 12 Posted September 10, 2010 Thanks for the reply Great! i like that feature, since i imagin (here we go) IRL the marksman would be able to relay enemy positions, movemens etc Right now i have to create the "perfect AI squad" (As in most combat effective in ARMA2CO) Im thinking: BAF Grenader BAF LRR BAF Medic BAF Javalin BAF Automatic Rifleman
cannonouscrash 12 Posted September 10, 2010 Just a quick question, Is there any chance that you could add a none scoped version of the L86a2, Just the iron sights only.
Capt. Sand 10 Posted September 12, 2010 I finally got the DLC today, and I gotta say - I didn't think I'd pick a favorite helicopter until I started flying around in a wildcat. great stuff, man.
pettka 694 Posted September 13, 2010 Just a quick question, Is there any chance that you could add a none scoped version of the L86a2, Just the iron sights only. There is no reference of such usage in action, that means there are no plans to introduce non-scoped L86A2.

PuFu 4600 Posted September 13, 2010 BAF has hardly anything with memory errors ... that's engine problem That is something...well, that you don't see everyday... I guess we all know A2 is not perfect, but having a developer acknowledge in the most honest way a fault of the engine...You've got my respect mate

maddogx 13 Posted September 13, 2010 heart beat sensor is already picking aliens coders approaching me from all angles ... guess i'm doomed :D I'm afraid you'll have to nuke those engine bugs from orbit. It's the only way to be sure...
wolfbite 8 Posted September 13, 2010 BAF has hardly anything with memory errors ... that's engine problem ??? but I only get it with baf units.... I can still gladly fly my a-10's and Su-25 and hinds... but should I choose to do a mission in a baf unit will stutter after about 10mins and then crash out. pettka 694 Posted September 14, 2010 what other special transports? spoil me please  I have already spoiled it further: How would one go about "finding" a special transport? Lets say even my question is a bit of spoiler. There are ten transports in this mission, you get three or four of them randomly (or at least it seems so). And some of them are a bit special. You know, Easter eggs and such things are everywhere, even in Merlin :icon_twisted: I hope it helps you :icon_twisted:

It seemed that the mission only wanted to offer that one to me once - unfortunately I got shot down on the way there, and after reloading from my savegame (just seconds before the task was assigned), I was told to pick up "Typhoon" from the mountains... subsequent reverts never got the Czech mission back. :o

Maybe you find Tanny Radclife rather known to you. And the Czechs have an unique dialogue on board too. On board chatter is the best way to recognize "special" transport. maddogx 13 Posted September 15, 2010 I've been wondering... BIS said that the possibility of future DLCs is largely dependent on whether or not this one does well in terms of sales. Now I know it's only been a few weeks, but is there any kind of info on how successful the DLC was? Have the sales so far been able to live up to your expectations, or are they falling short?
