I've seen this sort of thing happen before on Steam. Usually gets resolved within a matter of minutes.

Steam says it should be launching this morning so hopefully the wait should be over very soon...

Ok I purchaed and got the email from Steam.But now its nowhere on the steam site.I have reloaded the my games page a dozen times and no sign of OA ready for installation.

look at your bottom screen it should be downloading loading. if not there check your game library

Its nowhere listed.Its shows in transaction screen but not in games library.

Fixed...I shutdown Steam and restarted and it was there.Seems pegged at 1.2meg so 1 and 1/2 hours to go.

Now steam is downloading it into a seperate directory, how do we go about having a merged arma2 and OA? do I just copy all my A2 content into the OA directory or what?

Merged Version ARMA 2 + ARMA 2: OPERATION ARROWHEAD

It is possible to merge ARMA 2 content with ARMA 2: OPERATION ARROWHEAD. In order to do this:

* make sure to install ARMA 2 first

* ARMA 2: OPERATION ARROWHEAD should find your ARMA 2 folder automatically during setup (if you want to install ARMA 2: OPERATION ARROWHEAD as stan alone product, select different folder)

* ARMA 2 version 1.06 or higher is required, ARMA 2: OPERATION ARROWHEAD will update it during setup automatically if necessary
