I'm unable to find it either, but if you're not looking for that pack specifically and only just those type of weapons, you can find them in SJB weapons pack too.

I've seen FFUR 2008 and saw it has added realism and updated graphics, are there any other realism/AI mods and graphical updates which are compatible with FFUR 2008?

I may be wrong but mixing the other mods with FFUR is impossible FFUR's has own config.cpp which is uncompatible with other mods.

It's possible. Look at MCM-SLX mod or FFUR-SLX it'a matter of skills ;)

Any decent standalone addons for the BMP-2(The IFV) out there?

The VITAPC pack has the BMP-3 and I think ORCS has the BMP-1 but that's all I can find.

There are two pretty BMPs (BMP-1 and BMP-2) in LoBo-mod (Syrian Army pack). But I don' know who made them. I haven't managed to contact the mod author.

If it wouldn't be a forum rules violation, I can upload the .pbo "as is" without any renaming or editing, but then you'd need to make some simple config changes (on your own responsibility :)) to make those IFVs work properly.

Now, I wait for moderator's word :)

Not OSV-96 only :)

There is KSVK .50 cal sniper rifle by Vit. But, it is not suppressed too. AFAIK IRL it is much better than OSV.
