Reposting this in the correct thread... I'm wondering if anyone knows of any good groups that gather for co-op play once a week or so?

Ideally I'd like a group that isn't mod crazy - maybe a few custom islands or something - and uses teamwork and tactics.

I'm not really interested in PvP or anything like that. Just a decent group of mature folks to get together with and hash through some co-op missions once a week or so.

I should also mention that I'm an experienced mission designer, and would be interested in making missions for a group as well.

Hi, I am looking or just wondering if there are any clans that are like actual military members that make up the community. Im not trying to be all stingy and feel special but when I was younger and played a lot of Project Reality mod for Battlefield 2 and they had a couple clans that were military members only. And now that Im actually in the Army Infantry I wanted to play with them. Just curious if there were any that existed, thanks.

CitizenSoldier yes there are clans that have predominantly military or ex military members and if you live in Australia you'll find one at AusArmA http://ausarma.org/ which is a central hub for all ArmA clans in aussie including OGN. They also take in non-military if the member has the right attitude. :D

Hello, I have been on Arma 2 so for about a month now. Love this game.

I prefer pvp teams and what not.

But CTi against CPU is pretty awesome too.

I like realism and communication, I was in rotc for 2 years, so I know battle drills.

Myself and two friends (all 45+) have been playing AO, mostly with the TFOR missions and have been having a good time. However, we'd like to get together with other mature players for more organized gamplay. We don't have any set schedule but more often than not we're online from about 6:30 to 9:00pm Eastern time.

One other thing, we don't have any mods just the plain Arma 2 and OA.

Hello everyone. Ive been playing arma II CO with BAF & PMC for about a month or two now. A buddy of mine turned me onto the game, and showed me the ropes. He plays realistically, so i play realistically in combat situations. I prefer a clan that is realistic when they do missions, however also are not at least afraid to play for fun once in a while. Anyway... about me:

I play Flight Simulator X for about 5 years now (so i can pilot aircraft), i'm 18 years old, i prefer the position of automatic rifleman (Mk48 is ftw...) or sniper (i like accuracy) , Im a calm Player (for the most part) who NEVER gets angry, and i'm from the USA (More specifically PA, so my native language is English). I used to host teamspeak servers for CyberSpeed Hosting so i know my way around a computer, never the less teamspeak. Also i help alot of friends out with tech support if wanted.
