Heroes of War - names for AI in a DM

The idea is to give AI some unique names for my vehicle DM.

I would appreciate your thoughts if this is a good idea,

if particular names should be dropped for war crimes / brutality

or feel free to suggest new names to the list.

Hi, some are bad:

- Rodrigo Diaz the Vivar. Should be: Rodrigo Diaz De Vivár.

Good choices and a lot of variety. You should add George Washington, first for an American twist but also as a rebellion general the man is an icon. Defeat after defeat after defeat hung in there until the very end, pure fortitude. But probably the most remarkable thing is that he walked away from power after he delivered victory.

Maybe add a few more countries as well. If an American makes the list George should be there.

It's a quite random list, with many ancient and nazi leaders and not much beside that, no? I'd say there are enough well-known German leaders, no need to take all the nazi losers... but this will turn out in a flame war anyway So just leave it as is.

well I didn't like to have Nazis in there,

yet from German WW2 times there are only:

* "Michael Wittmann"

* "Erwin Rommel"

At least according to wikipedia none of these two were committing

war crimes, yet there were normal soldiers.

Skorzeny. His name was Skorzeny, Otto Skorzeny.

And correct: those two other WW2 Axis side guys, Rommel and Whittman, were really never noted as nazis. Skorzeny again was in Waffen-SS, but if he's removed anyway, then no point to discuss about him.

I really dont think that just because they were fighting for the wrong side they are any less brilliant. Rommel for example was an unbelievably talented marshal and I think he never actually stood for nazi values but loved the art of war just happened to be born on the wrong side of the war.

But its a great initiative !

Edit And Chuck Norris should defenatelly be on the top of that list

that's wrong, it's Rodrigo Díaz de Vivar , "var" doesn't end in "n", "s" or vocal , so it is not acentuated, but Díaz should.
