As requested, here's the thread for the Tornados.

As first I have to tell you, that I still have no answer on my permission-request from colorchanger. First question: Will a credit in the readme do it?

Now to  Tornados themselves......

There are the following new skins:

Royal Airforce light grey

Royal Airforce two tone grey

Royal Airforce desert pink (desert storm)

German Airforce grey

German Airforce green --  (two with tigermeet-tail)

German Navy grey camo

Aermacchi Italia grey

The original italian and german versions are remade too, to implement the afterburner and so on.

On the german ECR version (the grey one) AGM-88 HARM were added. There are also some other new weapons that'll implement to the tornados (british, german and italian).

Maybe a ACR version for the Royal Airforce will also be added.

I can't tell anything about the release-date. I'm not able to plan the time I can work on it because of real live. And there are still many things to do. So next question: Is there need for such an addon when ArmA is out and the addon still need some time to be finished?

That's it so far. Usefull ideas are wellcome! Maybe some help, too. And sorry for my bad english.

I haven't seen ColorChanger around in the OFP community for a long time, but I could be wrong. However he was always a very nice guy so I'm sure he won't mind an update as long as you credit him.

Oh and by the way, I also am in the credits as I was the one that got the JP233/MW-1 submunitions dispenser working on ColorChanger's Tornados. So if you can include a mention of me for the submunitions dispenser scripting (I am in the original credits if you check 'em out), that would be great as it was my first contribution to an addon that I was quite proud of.

I especially like the RAF desert 'pink' scheme.

One thing though, the "RAF two tone grey" one isn't used. I've never seen it. Looks like Marineflieger camo to me.

@ Shashman: Yes, never was in service. But looks very nice! There'll be another british Tornado in dark grey with black nose.

Do You also kept the nice old grey/white Navy Paintscheme for the Marineflieger-Tornado? (Remind me of good times in the Flight Information Service at Naval Airwing 1). I have already seen Your fantastic "Marinefliegertornado v. 1.12". (By the way and really just for info: When looking on its badge, it is an aircraft of MFG 1 Schleswig, not MFG 2 Tarp).

Keep going on with such great addons.

Beside that MFG 2 Tarp doesnt exist any longer

The base has been sold now and will be rebuild to a industry area and appartments as I know.

@marcomio: Yes, there are maybe some wrong signs on the tornados (every german one has the same number for example). Mainly I'm doing the new color-skins... but maybe here's anyone out who can and want's to help. And yes, the white-grey one will still be there. But this it not from me. Like the other ones, it's colorchangers work. I'm going to rework the italian and german MFG one to implement afterburner and so on.

@all: Big thanks for all the positive feedback! Now back from holiday and going on on the Tornados. Maybe there'll be need for good betatesters. But still some work to do before.

looks good - did you do some drastic work to the flight model as well, as the original colourchanger addon, whilst very good, was quite unrealistic in how it flew... mainly being able to turn on a dime etc.

@Shashman: It's a Royal Airforce Tornado from 1999, not from the Royal Navy.

@ all: Any interrest in a saudi arabian one? Yes, the "to do - list" is long. But one color more or less...

Late, but here are the wip screenshots of the A.M.I. Tornado ADV. This are not the final textures, they'll be a bit brighter and the Tiger must be rescaled. Skyflashs are "working" now for the ADVs.

Nice work. I may be late onto this, but you're missing the original RAF grey/green IDS variant from the 'family abum'..? I hope you do plan to include it.
