As for Bill Gates... he worked hard, had a good idea, followed through with his dream... now has has more money than many goverments... way to go Bill!!.. When the Soviet Union hit 50% the country changed. Even the American Revolution happenned when the people hit the 50% mark. Now China is nearing it so we have watch and see if this theory holds true.
