Future of Battletek

So we already have some concepts for further games. I please you to tell us what would be the best pre-concept. I will list some concepts now with a little description and you vote for your favourite.

>>>CONSPIRACIES JUNGLE FEVER

- landscape: jungle(85%), small villages(10%) and big towns(5%)

- weapons: m4, m16, ak's, mp5's... Everything you can find

- story/notes: Your son was kidnapped and you go into the jungle to find him. the sectorsystem v2.0 will be included like in Conspiracies The Experience.

- It's like: Boiling Point

>>>PRECIOUS WORLD'S

- landscape: one big city(80%) and several other places(20%)

- weapons: m4, ak's, mp5's... Everything you can find

- story/notes: Your family was killed by the mafia and you will revenge. The complete new Citybuildsystem v1.0 will be included.

- It's like: Grand Theft Auto

Further games:

- Assault On Terror

- Recon Ops

- Pacific 41-45

BTW: 5% and more are ready of every listed game

The games will be released in Armed Assault I think.

Conspiracies The Experience will be released in one month.

Jungle all the waaayy !!  

I still think Boiling Point would've been a top game if it wasn't for all the bugs and bad performance which were taking the fun away. The sheer freedom and quick 'oblivion-type' quests were awesome.

If you guys can port the best things over to ArmA, i'm sure it would rock.

I really don't think Jungles work in OFP

Forests in OFP are fecking dangerous, the AI are lethal in/though them, and the player is nearly blind.

The city based thing would be fun, but the size of Ocean Island is verying on the max size for such a map, still, that island is fun, and OFP needs more city stuff

Recon-y stuff is another thing OFP needs more off, with a little bit of scripting to stop the AI seeing units sneaking around behind them, it could work (One of the thing that made Hawk In Nets very annoying was the AI, which had far too good vision at night)

The WW2'y stuff has been kind of over-done - Theres a lot of addons out that fell kind of incomplete, or are buggy etc, and it's a fairly huge project, so I'd say it's not the best idea

The Assault On Terror, not really sure what your planning for that, stoping bombers and the likes could be interesting, if a slightly touchy topic just now..

Overall I'd say the recon ops or the city thing, buut thats just me

why not imagine a conspiracies exp in which you have to lead a squad and make survive to an hostile devasted environment such a town after a bombing?

I suppose it is too complex for OpF!

i think u should start one project and stick to it, i keep seeing you guys keep changing projects and nothing gets done/released

Yes but there were 2 polls. And Precious World's got 66% in the other poll. We will split our team into 2 for this projects. I will be the only one who works on both. Like i said: ein a few weeks Conspiracies The Experience will be released. Nearly 95% complete!
