Thunnder Bunny 0 Posted December 4, 2005 I like em  Grenades work best though   I've often thought about a civi survival mission where A pilot crashed in the mountains and needed food.  With a eating/heal script that might be possible.  With bunnies and the right map. Plus some civi survival guns like the M6 SCOUT Or the AR-7 Could make for an interesting / looooooonnnnnggg mission Oh... and I about laughed my ass off when a bunny ran by me wheezing like a marathon runner
Sepe 1 Posted December 5, 2005 I think I'd rather starve than go near that gun... What's wrong with real weapons, like Remington 700, or maybe for a pilot, a S&W or a 1911? Pretty... small, at least compared to that Ural tire in the picture. Gonna be interesting with CWMOD's civilians, along with the ducks to hunt.
Desert-Rat 0 Posted December 5, 2005 noooo the cute little rabbbit :P *take it away from the truck*

-HUNTER- 1 Posted December 5, 2005 come on guys like nobody is going to try the M82! it gets harder that way because after you've shot your dinner you've got to find all the pieces!
nominesine 0 Posted December 5, 2005 Nice addon. It´s funny and it adds atmosphere to the maps, even if the little critters are only included as eyecandy. The addon is so small it can be included with the missions when they are released. Good job PC. Now I´m going to make a mission where you play the rabbits
-HUNTER- 1 Posted December 5, 2005 somebody should make some customs animations!
Claymore 0 Posted December 5, 2005 Can you play as a rabit also??

miles teg 1 Posted December 5, 2005 AAAH NOOO NOT THE BUUUNNIES!!!! Quick! Somebody call PETA!!!! By the way way, Dynamite Cow... have you ever tried hunt with a S&W, a Colt 1911, or any pistol??? Try it sometime and then you'll think more highly of the survival rifles. Chris G. aka-Miles Teg<GD>
ag_smith 0 Posted December 5, 2005 Such a fun addon. Great job. Bunny is too small though, it should be like 1.5-2 bigger.
wheres my rabbit ? 10 Posted December 5, 2005 hmmmmmmmmmm
Desert-Rat 0 Posted December 5, 2005 is it a rabbit or a hare? if it a rabbit it could be a little big bigeer , and if it is a hare then it have to be a lot bigger
Thunnder Bunny 0 Posted December 5, 2005 They seem to be the right size for the wild rabbits I see out where I live. They will hide in thickets of grass and jump out right befor you step on them. So I see em up close allot. I think depending where you live and the breed might have allot to do with size. My next door neighbor farms tame rabbits for food and they are huge. Rikki Tikki Tavi 0 Posted December 5, 2005 Hunting with a pistol is very possible, I admit I'd rather have a .22 or shotgun for a rabbit, but it's still possible.
-HUNTER- 1 Posted December 5, 2005 hmmmmmmmmmm BAHAHAHAHAHHAAHAHH!!! Lost and Found! This is a really excellent addons guys thanks! Nice for target practice!
nominesine 0 Posted December 5, 2005 Can you play as a rabit also?? Yes, you will find them under civillian-men in the editor. They work best in 3rd person view, though (otherwise a model bug distorts their vision when you play them). Place the bunnies on the map, add a few enemies with destroy waypoints aimed at the rabbits and run like hell  Great fun. Fantastic addon PC. I havent enjoyed an addon so much since Nephilim released the Mercenaries
miles teg 1 Posted December 6, 2005 Hunting with a pistol is very possible, I admit I'd rather have a .22 or shotgun for a rabbit, but it's still possible. Possible but very difficult unless you get in within 30 meters and are a fairly good shot. However something accurate like a .22 Ruger target pistol would probably do well for small game. Some of those pistols actually approach the accuracy of a .22 carbine. But even better is a Ruger 10/22 .22LR rifle. Those rifles are superbly accurate. At any rate, your standard combat pistol or revolver are not the most accurate weapons in the world for anything except targets at very close range. Bobcatt666 0 Posted December 6, 2005 Or libral us of a dozen or so M18a1 Claymore mines do the job perfectly.
Sepe 1 Posted December 6, 2005 The whole pistol/revolver thing was about Thunder Bunny mentioning about a mission where a pilot gets downed and must get food. Now, where the heck do you expect our pilot gets a hunting rifle? An XM177 could be possible too. Still, I'm going to use the Kentuckee rifle to shoot these bunnies! That thing requires a bit of skill!
armandobronca 0 Posted December 6, 2005 OMG, DONT MOVE THE TRUCK!!
Sepe 1 Posted December 6, 2005 No, press S. Unless there are more bunnies behind the truck of course. If yes, get a script that allows you to lift the truck via helicopter. Hmm that sounds like an interesting tactic to stop a convoy. Put little trained bunnies on the road and once the convoy has reached the first bunnies, send more behind 'em so that they can't reverse either. Then just train your sights on the trucks, call the bunnies back and BOOM!
