Hmm Campaign? Like push Menue point "play guitar" for 3hours and hear some music? Than f**k some chicks @ the hotel, take some drugs (cool effects with crazy flash on ur monitor) make an car accident. When the police comes they put u to jail and than u must make a process like Michael Jackson (2-3 Missions). Or u flee from the jail (some cool script stuff which ask u what u want to do).

this really won't do for ofp.ofp is designed to kill people not to make them happy on rock concerts,you could make a stage...and then....DESTROY IT!! HHAAHHAHAA

Made by me, but it was pretty useless.

As for a mission, I really wanted to do a scenario where you were a security guard in this massive rock concert and then terrorists or similiar attack the venue. Or that you are an sas dude. Would be cool.

I think the concert place would be cool, and the other things could be incorprated into that, tour van sitting outside, etc.. Could make for a few interesting missions, aslong as the LODs dont let you fall thoughthe floors etc.. I'd be fun if you could wander round backstage etc (with a gun.. )

it'd be a lot of work though..

I can appreciate making an addon like a guitar or an instrument just for fun to see if you can (as a modeller)

But...

Making a useless mod (as it would be one because you really cant do anything) is just a waste of time.

If the person asking wanted to do it...thats one thing. But, to ask another person to make a whole mod about this is kinda...

Brads and Abrams. It's done all the time.

the addons wouldn't be totally useless, as some ppl pointed out earlier.

1) The guitar could have a "buttstroke" action

2) The drumsticks could be like throwing knives (similar to throwing a grenade)

and I'm sure others can come up with some ideas.

Hey, if someone were to make a model using Llauma's head except adding on long hair, I would definately be interested in helping out.

I think it'd be fun making Stratocasters or Flying V's, hah maybe even a nice Korg on a stand. So many things could be implemented, as Eddie said. So many possibilities, anything from making videos to a concert type setting in OFP. Not everything has to be about combat, I think it is a great idea.

The booby trap has been done with Spetsnaz Mod's Mine pack I think it was, except it was things like BIS AK-47s and AK-47 Magazines.

The point of a band campaign could be to race around in your band waggon to get to the different gigs intime. Police could try to catch you, then send choppers following you to coordinate multiple street barriers and at the end the homeguard and the fbi search your waggon for drugs and ...

... errr - just my imagination.

As much as I admire this persons idea to create something different I would suggest perhaps waiting till ArmAus or game2,reason being is if you make a rock star mod people are going to want to have the whole moving bodies thing,music and of course the changing lights...hmm
