I must say that chinstrap made the halmet look a way better, but IMO, HYK ones still looks bit more natural.

It seems they are using Game2 as a testbed for Game3 (Using Placebo's new naming suggestion tounge2.gif Game2 being ArmA, Game3 being the game comming out in 2006), which means more features in ArmA biggrin_o.gif

Just a small oftopic thing (I.e reply to it at the end of a post, otherwise ignore it tounge2.gif) : You have ArmA, playing it, then BI replease Game3.. Will you drop ArmA and start playing it? Say if ArmA mods dont work with game3 (Without converting them anyway), so theres not instantly thousands of mods etc..

Just a random thought tounge2.gif

Finaly, it's good to see BI aren't hyping the game to hell. But hopefully when it's released they will put TV adverts, posters etc around, so people acctualy know the game is released..

I'll buy both games no matter what the delay between them turns out to be.

If game2 won't work with converted old pbos then i'll constantly switch between both games (SP and MP) until 1 of them gets boring. By that time they'll be addons for game2 i hope. wink_o.gif

3 months ago i sended e-mail to admin of GRY.WP.PL about incorrect pictures in Armed Assault gallery...but they are there still. rofl.gif

Which with better network coding (helped from the coding for X-box live for OFP:E no doubt) should allow more players on your average server with out as much lag as it is now, hopfully.

Probably ArmA servers will be cheaper as OFP server, because of better netcode = less kb/s upload to the server = less bandwidth needed = cheaper rent fee for clans biggrin_o.gif w00t

yes, this is a very important factor in a simulation game if you ask me. it would actually give the 50cal a meaning, and people would start choosing the 50cal humvee rather than the shitty (but indeed better with ofp's physics) m240s.

Very good and interesting interview.

ArmA will be a very good next part of the, can I say Flashpoint series?

I hope the min sys req. will not to be so high. I hope it runs fine.

Same hopefully ARMA will be good compatible with the usermade/Official addons,Stuff,Islands and missions. I'm work on a campaign and I hope it let's convert to ARMA Map editor.

My guess is almost around the lines of bf2 as they seem to share some things (only graphicswise,bf2 cant compare gameplay-wise tounge2.gif )

on Placebos screen (xbox ofp ) i saw that to log in under a nickname u need to have password , will the same be available in ArmA in order to stop those reputation killers?

Reputation killers? That's ridiculous, OFP is a very social game, you can distinguish anyone easily by playing with them for more than five minutes. Second, it is just plain moronic to copy ones nick. What do you gain from that? And third, why would a log-in system stop anyone from using the same nick on his computer as you do?
