New Ocean Island

Hey ever since i installed the new Bahduar island, the Ocean Island has changed, i mean like new buildings or some buildings were removed. Do you know why this is happening?

because some of the mapfact addons were included in the Oceaon island pbo (baracken as far as I know), since the models were not renamed they conflicted with their pendant in the addonfolder (kind of like the evil twin )

Since you say that new buildings have appeared, it suggests that you have always played the map with conflicting addons

the only buildings included in new ocean island were the ones in art_bd.pbo.

all other buildings were used in thier perspective pbo files.

for instance i left the baraken.pbo addon intact and used it as-is.

and all the addons i used/included were the latest versions at the time

Ya sorry, only buildings are missing not new ones appearing. But how can i fix this?

it's because the two islands (apparently) use different versions of building files. try using mod folders for each one and only run one of the two at a time.

Hi, sorry to bring up an old topic, but I can't find the swat van in the mission editor. I downloaded the newest version (1.5) of this island but it doesn't appear to be there, can anyone help me?

ok, now sorry to bug again and double post but I'm getting a model special error with the swat van and security guard, have I not downloaded something correctly?

i also gets a error message, but have you textured it on the inside?? cause i opened the model and found several textures that wasn't in the pbo file....and just an hour ago i luckly found some of the textures so all outside textures are set

Hi Guys , Is There Any Way Any Body Could Add Like , More Different Type of Gangs , Famous, I Mean that could help by making missons based on turf fighting our cops looking for dangerous criminals to society, and making the island a little bigger could be even better having different barrios "or Hoods" like the mexicans to one side , Black Neighborhoods to, um dividing the city in to south ,north ,east ,west sides, and adding for example these types of gangs mexicans,vietnamese "very active in los angeles" blacks,anglos, those should be ok and naming them by there real names like:

well, this project is pretty well finished, if somebody else wants to edit the map and release it, by all means do so, its just that im busy with ERT, Food-pack, and Casurina so i'm not going to be working on Ocean Island anymore
