What do you play Ofp with?

Recommended Posts

I am playing OFP on a system based on an Athlon 800Mhz processor. I intend to upgrade my system later this year.

maybe get a new faster motherboard.. wit 3.0GHz

Buying more than a GB of RAM is a waste of money if you're only playing games smile_o.gif

Wasn´t that unnecessary?  rock.gif

Many of you are going with AMD processors. I´ve heard that Intel is more reliable but I don´t know... But I´m going with Intel with my computer... smile_o.gif But now I have a question for all of you:

Would you think it was funny if I posted my work on the computer from the start until it´s finished here on the forums?  tounge_o.gif

Athlon XP 2000+ (1,6 GHz)

512MB DDR (400Mhz@266Mhz)

GF Ti4200 64MB (overclocked)

I really need to upgrade for larger missions and mods like Y2K3.

I fixed around with my "new computer", to make it more cheap (now i cost around $750), but do you think that this is enough for Ofp: P4 3,2 Ghz, Radeon 9600 Pro 256MB DDR and 256MB DDR. This should be enough, right?

I have ridicously old computer, it's a P3 (700MHz if I remember right) with 256MB of RAM, and 64MB GeForce 2. I played CWC campaign with default settings and had no lag at all, for the resistance campaign I think I have to put Visual Quality to 'Low' setting..

My primary computer is a 1.4GHz AMD with 1G of RAM, but it's not for playing purposes. wink_o.gif

You're going to lag. At least get 512MB. What a pity. Such a nice machine and so little memory.
