After lots of silence we are back (site has been down for a while and got our self a fresh new forum)!

We are progressing a lot now and the overall demo status is about 79%

-We got almost all the german equipment done along with the soldiers.

-The british equipment are progressing but we still got some armor to do and the soldiers are being uppdated to better standards!

So I guess you have been wondering why its been taking this long? Well we have reorginzied often along with redoing a lot of addons etc.

What we are planning for the demo is:

-german soldiers, tanks, AA, cars etc

-British soldiers, tanks, AA, cars etc

-Missions

-campagin

-Scripts

-island

not sure what aircraft will be used, but we have been allowed to use trenchfeet's BF109 and Spitfire

We are in need of some more staff:

- 1/2 texturers

- 2 modelers

- 2 mission makers

- 1 scripter

now for some screens

Opel trucks:

British infantry (old, rework in progress)

Flak 88 (rework)

Two very good tanks for OFP.

Any chance of a Bren Carrier and the 25 pounder and Quad?

Looking forward to this as this part of the war holds interest for me being an ex Desert Rat myself.

bren carrier is still on the to do list, but it will be done for sure

BTW cribbian i've been working on a dive bomber script so far its working but still needs alot of love'n

Amazing, simply amazing work and i look forward to the release. It's just a shame that most of what you have built is going to be destroyed LOL

Very nice.

Not sure if the Sten Mk. 5 (as the middle of the 3 British Soldiers appears to be carrying) was used in 1942 though.  You might be better off with a Mk.2.

Sten Mk.V:

"The Mk.V was an attempt to made Mk.II a more 'good looking' gun. Being internally the same as Mk.II, the Mk.V featured wooden buttstock and rear handle, new front sight that allowed bayounet mount. Early mk.V's also featured wooden front grip, but it was prone to breackage and was removed soon. Mk.V's appeared in 1944 and remained in service until the eraly 1960s' being replaced by then-new Sterling SMGs."

Sten Mk.II:

"The Sten mk.II was a mainstream gun, slightly smaller and lighter than Mk.I. It featured sceleton or wooden stocks. The magazine and the feeding module were the main drawbacks of the Mk.I and Mk.II, since those were prone to failures to feed. The magazines also often were loaded with only 30 rounds instead of full capacity of 32, to reduce starin on feed springs. The magazine housing was flexible to cover feed window when not in use. Some Mk.II's were manufactured with integral silencers for undercover operations and were marked as Mk.II(S)."
