Excuse me.. John Terry's eye was on the ball.. How the hell do you do headers? You HAVE to raise your arm.. It was a perfectly legal goal in everyones opinion.. Obviously not yours as you won.

The referee cost us - simple as that.

To be fair mate, even in England it would be given only in 50-70% of the times.

In other leagues, it would not be given, and in tournaments also. Goals have been disallowed for far less. It was a bad call, but one that can be understood.

Very harsh though, thats football.

Don't let that put you down though, you played brilliantly and the game was on the razor's edge most of the time. Like I said, you went down with all guns blazing, its not too bad a way to go down.

I deleted it - we have no rules against insulting heads of state, I put it down to the typical post-match emotions and gave him the benefit of the doubt.

From his subsequent posts it was clear that he was out to cause trouble, hence he was given a PR until Monday and 2WL for flame baiting.

I'd like to point out that this is about as tough as one can be punished for flame baiting.

The Swedes were doing alot worse things when Ibrahimovic equalised against Italy, 2 defenders were pulled to the ground, and the keeper was brushed aside.

And that ref should never be allowed to lead any game anymore. They might as well have picked a random Portugese supporter from his chair, and put him in charge. He would probably have given less free kicks to Portugal then that Meier did

Why the hell was Rooney Booked? for god sake we was injured by the guy stepping down his back leg which looked rather sus, No way was was that not a goal, both players jumped fairly, they did not climb on the goal keeper nor did they flail, they just jumped as any footballer going for a header does o and dont get me on the side in which the penalty was taken from it more like fucking Chu Pong Massif than a flat penalty spot.

2) Touching and obstructing the goalie in his 6 yard box means interruption of play and free kick - its in the rules, read it yourself.
