Island rating? so many of them....

Are there any sites that rates all the custom islands in categories. If there aren't I think it shounld be. And they should be put in categories so that we could see:

ahhhh... so that's the best jungle island

or:

ahhhh... so that's the best desert island

etc....

Indeed, since 1.95 (where BIS introduced the new terrain algorithms) I have been able to use Tonal on my "low end system" which is based on an AMD K6-2 500MHz processor.

You have to accpet that it wont look as pretty, and you wont be able to see as far, but it WILL run on slow pc's.

Thats my "low end system" that I use exclusively for low end testing. I got it about 4 years ago, and upgraded it to play OFP when it first came out

Indeed, these are currently my favourite islands for ofp.

Nicely thought out, well detailed, and lots of areas for all different types of skirmishes.

Thats my "low end system" that I use exclusively for low end testing. I got it about 4 years ago, and upgraded it to play OFP when it first came out

My "high end system" (about 4 months old) which I use for everything bar "low end testing" is of very high spec (P4 3.26 GHz, 1 Gb DDR RAM, GeForce FX 5600 w/ 256 RAM etc)

Bah thats nothing compared to my (OC)3.2 @ 3.3 ghz p4, 2 gb ram, ati radeon 9800 xt w/ 256, and 2x 170gb + 2x 120 gb Hd's   now all im waiting for is for the prescott to hit the shelves

Kegety's Winter Nogojev 1.3 is also a must have island, excellent features, and comes with a complete set of winterised soldiers and vehicles for all sides. Definately worth the download.

IMO BIS should have put this island in a patch as well as the units. Add's diversity to the game.

Just had a massive revelution on my pc. (uninstalled neverwinter nights and installed ofp 1.96+ cleaned up the pc and defragmated) puhhh.... And..... I could now place men on Tonali without problems.... weeee.

Yes, the East Border W is great to....(couldn't see the artic lights but bah...)

What about thoose other Jungle islands we have been bombarded with lately... Are they any good?
