No at least here in finland(Grimmer looks out of the window and sees that temperature meter shows -20'C(-4'F), hrrr). Unless they are hardskinned finns who use shorts in -20'C In FDF, -20'C temperature is no excuse for not making your cooppers running test I'd like to see them with winter caps(like FDF sissi cap) or even better solution would be the "revohka" fur hats. Â The kind worn all over central Asia and into parts of the Middle East like Iran and Afghanistan. Here's are some pics of the hat I describe.
