Ironsight 1 Posted December 23, 2005 Yesterday I went with friends to a hardstyle party and made some pretty "interesting" shots. Including this one: It looks like there was just a stroboscope flashing but I am not sure since those lights mostly cover the whole room Ohh yeah great shots everyone
Tovarish 0 Posted December 24, 2005 Nice shot speaking of interesting: hard day at work (retail during christmas ) + a few beers afterwards + smoke break + "hey, that tree looks kinda cool, it's glistening, you should take a picture" =

HotShot 0 Posted December 26, 2005 Nice shots. Been looking at these for a while but didn't have a proper Digital Camera before yesterday. Got a D50 and had a go at putting together a few pictures to make a 180 degree panoramic shot. Need to work on the white balance and exposure time i think (not sure if they were the cause) as they came out slightly different colours in the last 2 shots to the right and needed alot of editing, but much prefer this camera to a film one. The difference in quality over a more basic digital camera i've been using is pretty amazing. And dont have to waist film taking several versions of the same scene in different settings. 2000x244 version These are some shots i dug up today from a holiday to Mallorca in the Summer with the old camera. blackdog~ 0 Posted December 26, 2005 put whatever you said here Did you use a stitching program to do the panorama? How many shots did it take?

Nope France. First two are in Spain, next 3 three are in France and the last one is in Ireland. To be exact the first one is in the Ardeche and the next ones are in Rocamadour (a city situated up, under and in the cliff). Travelled quite a bit last year. I promissed myself to stay home more this year but now I am already planning trips to eastern Europe this spring and the US this summer But hey travelling is fun
HotShot 0 Posted December 26, 2005 put whatever you said here Did you use a stitching program to do the panorama? How many shots did it take? Took 6 shots, and Photshop to manually stitch them together. I got a magazine that had a trial version of a good programme on it though, 'Panorama Factory', but havn't tried it yet. raedor 8 Posted December 28, 2005 As I announced some weeks ago, I'll post some pics from this year's tours (of course not all at once). I've been away for about two months... The preview pics are all pretty crappy (JPG rules and Copyrightleft does the rest! ) the bigger ones should be a bit better, but also not "top". Just say if you want some more pics of a certain location (or in better quality)... Here you go: Our first stop was Salzburg, 2 days (?). One with pretty wet weather, one with better weather (well all pics I made on the first day were taken again the next day ). The "Hohensalzburg" 1000x667 A blackhawk 1000x667 Two more pics with the "Hohensalzburg" 1000x667 1000x667 And two pics of the "interior" of the HS: 1000x667 1000x667

Well it was either PNG or GIF, JPG has too much noise. GIF looks better than JPG imo Don't know why exactly.
raedor 8 Posted December 29, 2005 Then we moved on to "Kärnten". It was the time when the whole southern Germany and Austria were flooded (more or less). Slovenji Plajberg: here we saw that Austria violates the right of self-determination of peoples. Most inhabitants of this village are speaking Slovenian as native language. The pic is taken while driving... 1000x667 Night pics 1000x667 1000x667 Morning pic 1000x667 This is the old border crossing to Slovenia (Loibl) 1000x667 "The other side": Slovenia 1000x667
