The purpose of this list is to put all the AI mods in one place, this list was built based on a collection i created since with SW collections all you can do is alphabetize the mods, i felt the need to better sort and organize the mods based on what they do. [AI] Efficient Info Share - Groups in the same IS team will share new or updated information about hostiles. [AI] Efficient Pursuit - A pursuer group will automatically carry out pursuit operation when detecting enemies in the pursuit range, and automatically exit after area clear. AI avoids prone - Prevents the AI hitting the dirt when encountering hostile forces or reacting to events they will either crouch or do something else, but should not go prone by themselves. Arma 3 invisible AI targets - Allows the mission creator to place a BLUFOR invisible target object, which OPFOR soldiers will open fire on when they come across it. Automatically Make Units Switchable - Automatically make units in the player's group playable. =BTC= AI Paths - Ever dreamed of having invisible walking path for your players and npcs? That row of crates to be walkable? Bug Fix [4] by Ibragim - Recognition of the mine owner. Bug of automatic standing up after assuming a prone position with the launcher. units with silencers, player's group getting in a vehicle. Captive Your Enemies - In case unit flees from the battlefield and at the same time is suppressed by fire, he stops moving, drops its weapon and surrenders. Extended Morale System - This mod adds a level of realism to the AI behaviour. The AI will now flee, surrender or make a fighting retreat when morale gets too low. Vision Guard AI - Vision Guard AI highlights the detected target with a green rectangle, allowing the operator to easily identify the enemy. AI Artillery Spoiler Drongo's AI Fire Support - This mod provides a module that allows AI units to call air and artillery support. Drongo's Artillery - It puts AI-controlled batteries, virtual batteries and orbital strikes under player control. FIRE FOR EFFECT: God of War - Provides fully autonomous AI artillery, that reacts on current situation by smart shelling enemy targets spotted by allied forces. Tier 1 Artillery Mod - Enables you to call in fire missions from AI artillery assets that are in the mission. AI Command Spoiler Advanced AI Command - Control AI groups via the map. Provides intuitive interface for commanders. Advanced AI Command (Multilingual Support) - Same mod as above but supports more languages. All-in-One Command Menu (Deluxe) - This is NOT an AI enhancement mod. It simply allows you to give extra commands to the AI. That's all. Battle Buddy AI - when you try to reload with no compatible magazines remaining, nearby AI squadmates who have a compatible magazine will pass it to you. C2 - Command & Control - Send units to the positions of 3d indicators or plan routes with a comprehensive tablet device. Commande AI avancée - This Mod a was created by duda and was taken over for a translation into French the mod was not modified. Commandeer AI (Rankless) - Allows you to commandeer AI units via an ACE interaction which makes them join your group so you can control them. Commander Turret Override - Allows a commander to force the turret of their vehicle to look a certain way. Drongo's Better AI Gunners - This mod makes AI gunners in tanks controlled by players more effective in SP and MP. Drongo's Command Enhancement - DCE gives you quick, powerful and intuitive control over your squad and AI groups. Issue commands, receive contact reports, seize objectives and call in reinforcements. Fire on my shot! Engage mode - This mod adds a new fire mode in which the group ceases fire and opens it only after player's shot. Go Go Go & Move Faster Modes - Units move faster and do not react to enemy fire. HCC - High Command Converter 1.5.5 - HCC is a client side addon that enables a leader player to convert any unit(s) of his squad into a controllable HC group. HETMAN - Artificial Leader - HAL addon gives one or both sides of a conflict a field-commander level AI. Hotshots AI Copy Stance - Sets the AI squad members stance to the same as the players. Integrated AI Voice Control System - Control AI with your voice! - Integrated AI Voice Control System allows players to give commands to AI units within their group using their voice. Platoon Commander - Gives the player the ability to command a reconnaissance platoon, consisting of a player's squad and four AI squads (two sabotage and reconnaissance, mortar support and a transport group). Platoon Commander 2 - Platoon Commander 2 mod gives the player the opportunity to command a platoon consisting of a player squad and three AI squads. Platoon Leader: High Command Mod 1.3 - As Commander you never really knew what your units were doing and apart from giving move commands, the Commander couldn't really do much. This Mod tries to fix these issues and add meaningful tools for the Commander. SOG AI - Command with hand signals via wheel menu. Supports leapfrog (bounding over watch) movement, fast movement to break contact, stealth commanding via hand-signals, and AI Revive. Stop Moving! - Extra controls to keep units from moving when you don't want them too. Squad Voice Command (Voice Attack) - Voice Attack profile for commanding your AI squad mates. AI Compositions Spoiler AI Animations For More Enhanced Experience - Instead of seeing the AI doing nothing, place it for more realistic experience. Animations For Enhanced Experience - Part II - The AI is set to exit the animations once being fired, hostages to exit their animations if Blufor is within the trigger area. AI Paradrop - Paradrop insertion for AI or player units with waypoints, without the use of any mods. CQB Interactions By Flex7103 - This is a simple composition where, via scripts, civilian and enemy units will do some animations that try to make the CQB experience more realistic in Arma 3. IFA3 AI Interaction - This is a composition with IFA3 models, mostly US & UK, who will interact with the player. Sector capture with spawn AI template - This comp just contains the things related to the sector capture functionality plus some bonuses like redeployment to captured objectives. Threat AI To Talk At Gun Point - Just a small scenario that allows the player to extract information from an AI with some "persuasion". Threat AI - Extended Violent Edition - Shoot AI in the leg to make him talk. AI Accuracy, Difficulty & Skill Spoiler Ai accuracy fix - This mod lowers all AI accuracy in campaign and single player missions to more human levels. Decrease Side Accuracy - Decreases the accuracy of all units belonging to one side currently in the mission. foxMod: AI Tweaks - Maxes out skills and abilities for all AI within the player's group, making them more useful in lieu of real players. Dynamic AI Minefields - RCO - Allows the AI to dynamically lay minefields in both defensive and harassing scenarios. Drongo's Defensive AI - Makes defensive positions more challenging by garrisoning troops in structures (using LAMBS Danger), spawning and garrisoning bunkers, placing camo nets over vehicles. Extended Morale System - This mod adds a level of realism to the AI behavior. The AI will now flee, surrender or make a fighting retreat when morale gets too low. FHQ_GroupInfo - Its primary function is to show the names of people in your group. Guilt & Remembrance - Mod for handling civilian deaths, reparations, and war crimes in Arma 3. HumanBots Only AI - Bots behave more human-like in the battlefield combat is realistic in Day and Night environments. Immersive AI - Immersive infantry but slower than vanilla, grenades and smokes, ai combat revive, using cover and other battle maneuvers, automatic AI mortar and artillery support. KJW's Imposters - A standalone "incognito" mod which allows for players to disguise as both a civilian and military forces. KtweaK - Multiple features for AI and player. LAMBS_Danger.fsm - The AI is a significantly more active combatant. The biggest changes is that the AI is now able to view buildings and structures as part of the tactical terrain. LAMBS_Danger.fsm (DEV) LAMBS_Suppression - This is a small mod which alters Arma AI Brain config settings to create an AI more susceptible to suppression and stress. LAMBS_Turrets - Tweaks many turret based weapons (including static HMGs) to increase dispersion, especially at shorter ranges. Lambs_danger_LEGACY_EDITION LAMBS_Orkz - Make boyz more stompier. This is an AI extension for the Warhammer 40k mod. Webknight Units - LAMBS_Danger.fsm Compatibility Patch Liability Insurance - This is a simple workaround to prevent AI in vehicles from running over and killing allied infantry. LOGIC FSM - A considerable expansion of vanilla LOGIC. No Autocombat - Allows the player to toggle autocombat on the fly. ODKAI -The goal of this Mod is to create a more realistic AI behaviors and communication. ODKAI (Rework) Pinned Down. Bringing a reason for Fire Superiority to Arma 3! - When suppression goes up. The AI go down. So long as their suppression is higher than zero. They will crawl. This is also randomized a bit. Possession Mod - Allows you to take over any friendly unit by just looking at them. Pooter's Enhanced ASR AI - Use ASRAI itself as this mod was incorporated in it. Project injury Reaction (PiR) - This project adds different types of reaction on injury. As well as the ability to first aid and drag the wounded. All this works for player and AI. RPG System - RPG System is a little project to add some more interaction within the world. RNG AI - (Run and Gun AI) - This mod is aimed to make the AI more "arcade-ish" in combat situation, by increasing their mobility, but still may add challenge depending on difficulty settings. Sam's Immersion - This mod adds climbing and vaulting, realistic weapon recoil, shouting and screams and much much more. Sarge AI - AI system that is intended to simulate real players roaming the map, scavenging, looting and engaging in combat. Simplex Support Services - is a reliable and easy-to-use AI support system. Spotlight - AI is informed of enemy movements in a particular area using Spotlight, then this information enables the AI to make 'smarter' decisions in relation to that enemy. Squad Feedback - Aims to enhance AI / player communication via visual cues so you can receive the same information your AI team does. Tactical Combat Link - TypeX v.1.0.31 ( Hotfix ) - a highly dynamic A.I. and F.X. enhancement modification for ARMA 3. TPWCAS_A3 - This addon aims to address this problem by making AI units react to passing projectiles. VcomAI Development Build Vcom AI V3.3.3 - Faster, Smarter, and Deadlier AI. VCOM AI OPFOR FACTIONS for CUP - This is a collection of enhancements to both vanilla CUP factions. VCOM AI Taliban for Project Opfor - This is a remake of "VCOM AI OPFOR FACTIONS for CUP" except using RHS/Project OPFOR instead of CUP. ZluskeN Hors de combat - AI will now surrender when they consider themselves "overrun". AI Flight Spoiler DAA - Dynamic ArmA Airports - MOD File - An add-on module (logic), that improves AI fixed wing aircraft behavior in-game on virtually any map. Werthles' Headless Module - Same as above but configurable via module. RPGTard_NIA_Vanilla - This mod modifies the ammo "cost" of the Vanilla RPG-7s such that AI is MUCH more likely to use RPGs (in conjunction with the NIArms Mod). RPGTard CUP -A version of RPGTard for CUP Launchers. RPGTard RHS - This mod modifies the ammo "cost" of the RHS RPG-7s such that AI is MUCH more likely to use RPGs. EFT VOICE FOR AI (extended version) - This mod contains Scav(Guer), Usec(West), Bear(East) team, i decided to make extended version of EFT voice pack that contain more phrases for bear and scavs. FrogScreams - Adds better hit screams. F.E.A.R Replica Soldier Voice - The replica voice from F.E.A.R since their voices are remediable to anyone who has fought them. Half Life 2 and Alyx Voice Pack - Contains eight different custom voices. This pack contains custom Civilian, Civil Protection, and Combine Soldier voices from Half Life 2. Half-life 2 Civil Protection voice - Adds a Civil Protection voice that can be applied to units in Arma 3. It is made by using the Combine Soldier Voice. Halo CE Marine Squad Voice Pack - Adds the classic voices from the marines in Halo CE. This pack currently contains Bisenti, Fitzgerald, Mendoza, Stacker, and Sergeant Johnson. Infomaniac AI Voice - Currently includes *most* lines you will commonly hear an ai use but still needs more! LM Mute Vehicle Commander - Disables the audible speech from a vehicle commander when issuing movements orders. MRB Voice Stop - Fully disables the AI radio protocols. QuietUp - Disables the annoying vanilla AI callouts / voice your player character tends to shout out randomly. Project Human 1.2 - Project Human is a death scream mod. RUG DSAI A3 - It gives your enemies AI a voice beyond the stale radio messages. Русский Женский Голос - (Russian Female Voice) - Adds a Russian female voice to the game. STALKER VOICES FOR AI - Adds sound samples and phrases to Arma 3 AI units. Sound samples from STALKER game are in Russian. SUnit Voice-overs - This mod attempts to improve the overall experience and bring dynamism to the in-game voices in Arma 3. Star Wars: Commando Droid Voice Mod - This will make the commando droids funnier to fight and play as. Warhammer 40K Space Marine Voice Mod - Adds a Space Marine voice that can be added to units in eden editor. Warhammer Chaos Space Marine Voice - Adds a Chaos Space Marine voice that can be added to units in eden editor. WW2 Unit Voice-Overs - This is working on specific faction (eg. Wehrmacht) not sides like in others voice mods (Blufor etc.). AI & Weapons Spoiler All the weapons (player weapons change and AI's do as well) - Automatically gives your solider and all other soldiers random weapons from any addons you have installed. All the weapons VERSION 2 - Players weapons stay the same but AI weapons change - Automatically gives your solider and all other soldiers random weapons from any addons you have installed. AI "It's a Machine Gun!" - Makes them shoot actual bursts at their targets instead of like 3 bullets. Kadooment's Random Weapons - Allows AI to spawn with random weapons. Smarter Tanks - Vehicles assess the threat/value of the targets and fire at the most dangerous/valuable target it range. Swap Your Weapons - Now you can take the weapon from your partner's hands and do it yourself! AI & Zeus Spoiler Better Zeus AI CONTROL (move under fire) - Selected AI units in Zeus (a group, or individuals within the group) will go to complete obedience mode. Better Zeus AI CONTROL (move under fire) GP Version 1 Troop Compliance System - A simple script which allows Mission Makers/Zeus to enable & disable optional surrendering of AI if they hear you yelling through ACRE. There are some mod listings that dont have descriptions because either they were the same as their other version or original mod or there was no description, or nothing specially to describe what the mod does, most you can get an idea by their name. A couple of mods went missing that were on my list as i had to open their pages as i was adding and putting in descriptions for them, so im assuming their authors took them down seeing my list or otherwise. Overview video coming next. Hope this list helps the community better find AI mods that interest them and enhance their game, new mods will be added as they release or i find them. If there is any mistakes, or a mod could be put somewhere else in a category based on what it does please let me know, some of these were sorta tricky to determine what and where i should put them but the categories should give a general idea. rainbow47 20 Posted March 29, 2022 Hello, Many thanks ffor putting this overview together. I am playing ARMA with in singleplayer with a small AI squad. The only AI mod I am using is Lambs. I am genrellay quite okay with Arma's AI. There are just a ffew things which I am looking to improve and was windering if any of the mods could help with that. 1) I have 3 AI team mates in my squad which I mostly control by giving them orders. One issue I have thath their cohesion when moving form point A to B breaks easily and they run all over the place. Is there a way to increase the squad cohesion o0n the battlefield? 2) The AI is often issues to follow me as they are struggling with walls and fences. Is there a way to improve their pathfinding? AI Command Platoon Commander - Gives the player the ability to command a reconnaissance platoon, consisting of a player's squad and four AI squads (two sabotage and reconnaissance, mortar support and a transport group). Regardless even if a mod hasn't been updated in a long time it should still work. Every mod listing has a description so whatever your looking for is there, i cant really answer questions on what mod does what, i have a rough idea depending what which one your asking about but then again each has a description on what it does. CF_BAI - A dynamic AI mod that adjusts the AI sub skills based on the thickness of the foliage, what the unit can see, suppression. Battle Buddy AI - when you try to reload with no compatible magazines remaining, nearby AI squadmates who have a compatible magazine will pass it to you.
