How many addons are lying on peoples Hard drives

I mean there was a Mercava-Battle tank from lost breothers a helicopter from someone else! a Eurofighter from some german site!

A FOKKER THAT COL KLINK WS GOING TO RELEASE WHICH WAS GOING TO BE GOOD!

Whay havent they released them they look good!

As a general rule, Lost Brothers will only release their MidEast addons when they're all complete. Estimated time is late spring (May).

I do think that more people should release their addons to the community......

Remember as well that some addons require people to get permission from others since they have parts or are modiifed versions of previous work. I'm hoping to hear back from Mechanic soon about using his Jeep Wrangler.

because it has fittings for a bayonet?

Personally, I have some of my own sitting on my hard-drive, but mostly because of the limitations of the engine, or because they are in progress. . .

For example:

TUA (canadian M113 modification, TOW Under Armour)

M1/A1/A2 tank series (yeah, eventually, the whole thing, as accurate as can be, including the export versions)

I know what you are saying...I see pics of addons of works in progress and I am like ...those look done?

But yet months later,not a word

I've made several buildings,pyramids,highrises,stairwells and parking garages,mostly messing with the limits and learning modeling

Nothing worth releasing...now that I know how to texture,they could look good,but I would just remodel them anyways

But bigger is not always better

I have a Fokker DrI I havent released ,its ok,but when I feel like releasing it,I want to fix a few more things and such

Then Its like,never done

I have been concentrating on my WW2 plane projects,mostly my Helldiver,but preparation for other planes also

I have shown pics and will be releasing soon,but I know what you mean,I have seen nice shots of addons that look done to me and where are they?

My Helldiver will certainly be beta,for one ...there is no tailgunner and I don't plan on completing even the rear cockpit anymore than I have done for beta

This is the format I plan to follow:

Release a decent beta,showing most features and having a decent playable unit

My next plane (F4U) will be nicer,now that I am getting better the planes will get nicer and I can build them faster,then when I release the final of my Helldiver,it will match the rest of my planes and have new textures and features that I think up along the way

I hear ya on that bratz ....

I've finally learned (still learning) how to do the modeling, and have one model that's waiting to be completed. I think its finished, then I think of something new to add to it, or while I'm testing it I find something to fix. It's like art...its never done. Atleast to exactly the way you would like it!

I think some people may also be afraid of bad criticism about their work and are a little reluctant to send anything out with minor bugs or bad textures. I see it all the time....

But gosh I keep seeing these pictures of addons and gosh! They are such teasers!!!

Well you could have a nice model.. maybe some textures.. but thats not it... you need a lot more... example.. My P51 is done (model+tex's) but it has the strangest bugs and you really dont want to use it...

And i too have a lot of addons which are 75% complete or so..

Wow Totmacher, those AK's look sweet! OFP STILL doesn't have any really high quality AK's. Mailman's were a bit shoddy looking and way too accurate, and Kegetys' were 103's and 107's. You MUST release them soon!
